Abstract

Bag consisting of several parts. These are placed around the stem of the tree by means of an opening in the parts. The edges of the parts are attached to each other by means of fastening means and form a bag.

Claims

AMENDED CLAIMS [received by the International Bureau on 21 February 2005 (21.02.2005); original claims 1-2 are replaced by amended claims 1- 4 (1 page);]
1. One-piece bag for tree comprising a central section with a substantially centrally located hole (B) for accommodating a tree trunk, and a cut slot from the centrally located aperture (B) to the periphery of the bag, the bag material furthermore comprising integrally a number of peripheral sections (A) radiating from the central section, the peripheral sections (A) being provided, at least along one side (C) thereof, with securing means for securing the sides (C) of the sections (A) together.
2. Bag according to claim 1, wherein a string (D) is secured at the aperture (B) in the middle of the central section of the bag.
3. Bag according to any of the claims 1 or 2, wherein at least' the peripheral sections (A) of the bag are made of a plastic material.
4. Bag according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the securing means for securing the sides (C) of the sections (A) together is glue, tape, Velcro or a zipper.
