Abstract

L'invention concerne des techniques permettant de mesurer et de comparer les débits moléculaires relatifs de différentes molécules biologiques. Ces techniques consistent à administrer de l'eau marquée par des isotopes à un ou plusieurs tissus ou sujets et à comparer les débits moléculaires d'au moins deux molécules biologiques, notamment des molécules biologiques dans différentes classes chimiques. Ces méthodes sont notamment utiles pour le diagnostic, le pronostic ou le monitorage d'une maladie, d'un trouble ou d'une affection, le criblage in vivo à haut rendement d'entités chimiques et les facteurs biologiques pour les effets toxiques.
