Abstract

The present invention relates to a case (1) for books and similar articles, the case (1) has at least one window (2) through which at least a portion of the book cover is visible; the case (1) also comprises at least a device which is a user of electrical energy and means for the connection of the user device to a source of electrical energy. The case can also be provided with a back extending beside it, to support a block of sheets such as a calendar or a block for drawing notes.
