Abstract

La présente invention concerne le domaine de l'analyse intégrative des interactions moléculaires dans un système biologique. Elle porte en particulier sur un procédé d'obtention d'un modèle dynamique d'un réseau d'interactions moléculaires dans un système biologique, permettant l'analyse desdites interactions lorsqu'un stimulus est appliqué au modèle dynamique, en vue notamment de hiérarchiser des molécules biologiques ou de sélectionner des cibles thérapeutiques vis-à-vis d'un problème biologique donné, pour en particulier définir une action thérapeutique à appliquer auxdites molécules. L'invention porte également sur un système informatique pour l'obtention d'un modèle dynamique d'un réseau d'interactions moléculaires dans un système biologique, et l'analyse de ces interactions moléculaires lorsqu'un stimulus est appliqué au modèle dynamique, le système informatique comprenant au moins une unité centrale de traitement de données relié à au moins une base de données expérimentales quantitatives.
