Abstract

L'invention concerne un fil électrode (100) médical implantable et un corps de fil électrode (120), un procédé permettant de produire ce fil électrode, et un système et une méthode de stimulation d'une partie du corps. Dans une forme de réalisation avantageuse, un ensemble (115) de corps de fil électrode est produit au moyen d'un procédé consistant à préparer un corps (500) unitaire formant la première couche, qui comprend une première pluralité de conducteurs (420), et à appliquer une couche interne comprenant un matériau (610) pour extrusion sur ce corps unitaire formant la couche interne (500), à disposer une seconde pluralité de conducteurs (620) recouverts de matériau (630) pour extrusion sur la couche interne (610), à appliquer une couche externe de matériau (640) pour extrusion sur cette seconde pluralité de conducteurs (620), puis à placer un tube thermorétractable par dessus cet ensemble, et à chauffer l'ensemble afin de provoquer la fusion du matériau pour extrusion.
