BACKGROUND ART
Generally, a shoe has no mark of the owner. That is, unless the owner deliberately puts a name to their shoe or puts a certain mark thereto, the shoe is only identifiable according to appearance and profile but it is difficult to recognize to whom the shoe belongs in case the appearance and shape are all the same. By the way, owing mass production in the present day, shoes are also being mass-produced unlike shoes were manufactured by conventional handicraft manufacturing, and accordingly this inevitably leads to the manufacture of shoes with identical designs. Besides, it is hard for someone to quickly find their own shoe in a place where a number of shoes are gathered, not to mention the same shoes. For example, in case of keeping shoes in a restaurant or somewhere, the shoes are usually stored in a shoes cabinet, whereby only the front part or rear part are seen, and this leads to a problem that it is very hard to find their own shoes depending on the appearance and shape. Moreover, in the interiors of places like schools or kindergartens, for example, children's shoes are so laid close together, and thus this makes it very hard for children to find their shoes stored in the shoe cabinet each time.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is designed in consideration of the problems of the prior art, and therefore it is an object of the present invention to provide a remote response shoe which makes it easy to find their own shoes in the places like restaurants, schools, kindergartens, etc. where shoes are stored close together as a number of shoes become identifiable and displayed according to a remote control command, and which forms an display for their own shoes without filling in the owner's name by configuring the shoe responding only to their own remote controller. To achieve the above object, there is provided a remote response shoe in accordance with the present invention which comprises a control circuit unit inserted into the outsole of the shoe, a display unit formed at one side of the shoe and generating an externally recognizable display according to a control signal of the control circuit unit, a radio receiving unit formed at one side of the shoe and receiving an external radio control command and inputting it into the control circuit unit and a remote
controller inputting the external radio control command to the radio receiving unit, wherein the shoe responds through the display unit if the control command is input into the remote controller. Furthermore, the display unit of the remote response shoe according to the present invention comprises at least one of a luminous unit responding to a control signal of the control circuit unit by light and a speaker responding to the control signal of the control circuit unit by sounds. Furthermore, the control circuit unit, radio receiving unit and display unit of the remote response shoe according to the present invention are formed at the outsole of the shoe. Furthermore, the remote response shoe according to the present invention has a transparent cell inserted into the back heel part of the outsole of the shoe, the display unit being formed inside the transparent cell to externally display a control command. Furthermore, the remote controller of the remote response shoe according to the present invention further comprises a remote control display unit, and the control circuit unit takes control over the sensing of the distance between the display unit and the remote controller and the displaying the distance on the remote control display unit.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
These and other features, aspects, and advantages of preferred embodiments of the present invention will be more fully described in the following detailed description, taken accompanying drawings. In the drawings: Fig. 1 is a circuit block diagram of a remote response shoe according to the present invention; Fig. 2 is a perspective view explaining the placement position of the remote response shoe according to the present invention; Figs 3 to 5 are illustrative views of the remote response shoe according to the present invention; and Fig. 6 is a front view of a remote controller according to another embodiment of the present invention.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, a remote response shoe according to the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail referring to the drawings. As shown in Figs. 1 to 5, a remote response shoe of the invention largely comprises a control circuit unit 30, a display unit 40, a radio receiving unit 20 and a remote controller 10. Particularly, the display unit 40 is formed at an outsole 100 of the shoe. The display unit 40 has at least one of a luminous unit 41 and a speaker 42, so as to respond to a remote control command. Preferably, the remote response shoe of the invention is formed particularly at the back heel part of the outsole 100 of the shoe, and a transparent cell 150 is inserted into the outsole and a circuit unit is stored in the transparent cell 150. The reason why the control circuit unit 30 of the invention is inserted into the outsole part of the shoe is because the outsole has the largest room for a storage space. And, since the circuit is just inserted and stored in the transparent cell in advance before foaming the bottom layer with EVA or the like, the manufacturing process is easy. The outsole of the shoe is formed by bonding multiple layers of separate materials down toward the bottom. Hereinafter, the separate materials are referred to as a liner(the part closest to foot), a midsole(the middle material part, usually manufactured of EVA or PU and having the largest thickness) and rubber(the part contacting the ground) for the explanation of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 2, in the present invention, a storage space is formed in the back heel part of the midsole and housed by the liner and the rubber, or the transparent cell 150 is put therein to define a space. Especially, the technique of manufacturing by putting in a transparent cell 150 is a process conventionally and widely used for forming the cushion of the shoe, thus it is easy to expose the display unit 40 out of the shoe.
The display unit 40 generates an externally recognizable display according to a control signal of a small circuit unit 30 manufactured of IC chips, etc. The display unit 40 may be constructed of a luminous unit
41 responding to a control signal of the control circuit unit 30 by light or a speaker 42 responding to the control signal of the control circuit unit by sounds, of course, it can be constructed to respond to either one of the two or to both sound and light at the same time. Especially, it is preferred that the luminous unit 41 is constructed of a plurality of light emitting diodes or displays of different colors so as to represent unique colors or patterns. The radio receiving unit 20 is formed at one side of the shoe, and receives an external radio control command and inputs it into the control circuit unit 30. The external radio control command is generated by the remote controller 10, and thusly a control signal generated from the remote controller 10 is received by the radio receiving unit 20 and input into the control circuit unit 30. The control circuit unit 30 controls according to the input control command so that a sound or light output is generated in the display unit 40. The radio control command generated from the remote controller 10 can be given using an infrared ray or frequency, especially, it is also preferred to use a blue tooth module or RF module having a variety of frequency response characteristics. As shown in Figs. 3 to 5, in the present invention, the idea of constructing the display unit 40 of light emitting diodes and exposing them only to the back heel of the shoe, or the idea of inserting the transparent cell 150 overally to the back heel of the shoe and inserting a
plurality of light emitting diodes thereinto to respond by characters or colors or patterns can be considered. By the aforementioned configuration, there is provided a remote response shoe which makes it easy to find their own shoes in the places like restaurants, schools, kindergartens, etc. where shoes are stored close together as a number of shoes become identifiable and displayed according to a remote control command, and which forms an display for their own shoes without filling in the owner's name by configuring the shoe responding only to their own remote controller 10. For this, the control circuit unit preferably includes a memory of a predetermined capacity, and it is needless to say that the gist of the present invention is not limited to this illustrative embodiment alone. As shown in Fig. 6, the remote controller 10 comprises a remote control display unit 12, and the control circuit unit 30 takes control over the sensing of the distance between the display unit 40 and the remote controller 10 and the displaying of the distance on the remote control display unit 12, which makes the use more convenient since the user can be aware of the distance between the shoe and the remote controller 10. As described above, the remote responding shoe of the present invention makes it easy to find their own shoes in the places like restaurants, schools, kindergartens, etc. where shoes are stored close together as a number of shoes become identifiable and displayed according to a remote control command, and forms a display for their own shoes without filling in the owner's name by configuring the shoe responding only to their own remote controller to thus enable the user to be aware of the distance between the remote controller and the shoe. Although the present invention has been described hereinabove with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that various modifications may be contrived without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, which are to be determined solely from the appended claims.
