在本发明的上述步骤中, 关键是如何识别版权信息, 为了实现对版权信息 的鉴别, 需要对匪的结构进行适当改变, 在增加 MM信息元素-版权信息。 在 没有授权情况下, 版权信息元素值为不可更改信息, 一旦产生, 所有用户无权 对版权信息元素值进行修改; MMS增值应用服务器可以对其进行初始设定。 采 用方法如下: 设置版权号码(Copyr ight -Number ): 缺省值为 0, 表示没有版 权信息, 如果该值为 0时, 不包含信息元素 Copyr i ght -Loca t ion; 如果该值 不为 0, 则表示版权号码; 设置版权位置 (Copyr ight— Locat ion ): 表示版权 来源地址。版权号与版权地址唯一对应于有版权信息的内容(如图片或者铃音 等)。
如图 2所示, 为應版权申请流程, 用户将自己编辑的讀以普通的丽发 送给版权管理中心申请版权,如果版权管理中心经过审核同意授权, 就会给用 户发出通知(可以以短消息形式),同时将 MM中的版权信息元素设置成有效值, 上载到增值应用服务器中, 以供大家下载; 当然用户也可以在直接在增值应用 服务器中编辑定制應消息,但也需要向版权管理中心申请版权。这就要求 MMS 增值应用服务器具有匪编辑定制功能。
请参考图 3, 为含版权内容的 MM下载过程, 就是从固 S增值应用服务器 上下载到用户移动终端上, 但是这种下载方式不是一般意义上的下载, 而是 丽 S增值应用服务器向移动终端上发送匪的过程, 用户可以将信息元素 -源 地址字段设置为下载该匪的移动终端的地址, 而接收方必须是移动终端, 不 能是 E_mail邮箱, 因为 E_mail系统并不支持对版权的保护, 如果将 MM发送 到 E— mail系统, MM的版权保护就得不到保证。 因此, 可以在增值应用服务器 进行检测, 如果接收方地址是 E-mail邮箱中且含有版权信息, 则向用户提示 类似 "接收方地址不正确, 请重新写入接收方地址" 的信息。 图 3中, 含有版 权内容的多媒体消息應的下载具体步骤如下:
步骤 10, 终端用户在增值应用服务器上编辑定制含有版权的多媒体消息 固;
步骤 20, 终端用户设置接收方地址和源地址, 其中接收方为一移动终端 用户;
步骤 30, 发送方 MMSC收到多媒体消息 MM;
步骤 40, 发送方 MMSC解析多媒体消息 MM的接收者地址;
步骤 50, 判断发送方和接收方是否属于同一个匪 SC, 如果不是则根据路 由规则将多媒体消息匪转发给接收方丽 SC, 如果是则继续;
步骤 60, 接收方 MMSC进行版权信息元素检测;
步骤 61, 判断是否含有版权信息元素, 如果不存在则执行步骤 62, 如果 存在, 则执行步骤 63,;
步骤 62, 接收方匪 SC生成普通多媒体消息通知, 执行步骤 70;
步骤 63, 接收方讀 SC生成多媒体通知, 在通知中提示用户含有版权信息 内容;
步骤 70, 用户进行多媒体消息固提取;
步骤 80,发送方和 /或接收方固 SC进行版权费计费处理, 并通知增值应用 服务器。
如图 4所示,为含版权内容的固使用过程,如果用户移动终端已经从 MMS 增值应用服务器中下载了含版权的 丽, 用户只能对未受版权保护的内容部分 进行修改, 不能对其含版权的内容部分进行修改; 当用户转发该固给另一个 移动终端时,也就是使用含 MM版权的画过程, 就需要 MMSC对 MM进行版权检 测, 收费方式可以是单向收费, 也可以是双向收费。 另外, 本发明只支持 MM 的版权保护,而 E-mail系统并不支持对版权的保护,如果将 MM发送到 E— mail 系统, 匪的版权保护就得不到保证。 因此, 可以在 MMSC进行检测, 如果履 被发送到 E-mail邮箱中去且画内容有版权保护, 则薩 SC进行拒绝, 并给发 送方发送拒绝理由。 图 4中, 使用含有版权内容的多媒体消息 MM进行端对端 收发的具体步骤如下:
步骤 100, 用户可对多媒体消息 MM中不含有版权的部分进行修改; 步骤 200, 用户输入接收方地址转发;
步骤 300, 发送方醒 SC收到多媒体消息薩, 并检测其版权信息元素; 步骤 400, 发送方讀 SC解析多媒体消息匪的接收者地址;
步骤 500, 判断含有版权信息且接收者是否是移动终端, 如果不是则执行 步骤 510, 拒绝发送多媒体消息丽, 可请求重新输入接收方地址的步骤; 如果 是则继续执行如下步骤;
步骤 520, 判断发送方和接收方是否是同一丽 SC; 如果不是, 则执行步骤
530, 根据路由规则将多媒体消息 MMMM发给接收方 MMSC, 如果是继续执行如 下步骤;
步骤 600, 接收方 MMSC进行版权信息元素检测;
步骤 610, 判断是否含有版权信息元素, 如果不存在, 则执行步骤 620, 如果存在, 则执行步骤 630;
步骤 620, 接收方 MMSC生成普通多媒体消息通知, 执行步骤 700;
步骤 630, 接收方 MSC生成消息通知, 在通知中提示用户含有版权信息 内容;
步骤 700, 用户多媒体消息 MM提取;
步骤 800, 发送方和 /或接收方讀 SC中心进行版权费计费处理, 并通知增 值应用服务器。
请参考图 5, 进一步揭示了端到端 圖 收发的典型事务流程, 在 MMl-Submit. REQ、 園4— forward. REQ、 匪 1— retrieve. RES三条消息中加入版权 信息元素, 而在丽 1-notification. REQ中, 不需要版权信息元素, 只是提示 用户 MM中是否含有版权的内容即可。 具体交互过程说明如下:
步骤 S1, 发送方移动终端用信令 MMl-Submit.REQ 将 MM提交给发送方 MMSC;
步骤 S2、 发送方匪 SC向发送方移动终端发送证实信令 MMl_submit. RES; 步骤 S3, 发送方匪 SC进行路由解析, 如果接收方 MMS与发送方丽 SC不 是同一地址, 则发送方匪 SC利用信令固 4_forward. REQ将隱发送到接收方 MMSC; 否则转入步骤 S5;
步骤 S4,接收方 MMSC向发送方 MMSC发送证实信令丽 4-forward. RES,证 实已收到该消息;
步骤 S5, 接收方 MMSC检测版权信息, 向接收方移动终端发出 MM通知 隠 1— notification. REQ, 通知用户 "有新 MM, 是否含有版权内容";
步骤 S6 , 接收方移动终端向接收方 MMSC 发送证实信令 MM1— notification. RES;
步骤 S7 , 接收方移动终端向接收方 MMSC 发送 MM 提取请求 MM1— retrieve. REQ;
步骤 S8,接收方應 SC向接收方移动终端发送信令匪 l_retrieve. RES, 内 含 MM内容;
步骤 S9, 接收方 MMS 移动终端向接收方 MMSC 发出证实信令 讀 1— acknowledgement. REQ, 表示已接收到 MM;
步骤 S10, 如果实行双向收费, 接收方丽 SC此时可以检测版权信息, 生 成接收方计费话单。
步骤 S11, 如果接收方 MMS与发送方固 SC不是同一地址, 接收方 MMSC向 发送方 MMSC发送讓发送报告: MM4_rdelivery_report. REQ; 否则转向步骤 S13。
步骤 S12, 发送方 匪 SC 向接收方 MMSC 发送 MM发送报告证实信令: MM4_rdelivery_report. RES;
步骤 S13, 发送方讀 SC检测版权信息, 生成发送方计费话单; 步骤 S14, 发送方應 SC根据发送方与接收方移动终端的请求情况决定是 否向发送方提交发送 告: MMl-rdelivery_report. REQ。 工业应用性
本发明的主要优点是: 简单可行, 该方法尽管简单, 对现有 MMS系统在硬 件上不作任何改动, 通过在匪中添加版权信息元素, 在软件上进行略加修改 可以支持 MM版权保护; 该方法有效地保护了内容提供者的知识产权, 可以有 效地提高内容提供者的开发创造热情, 从而有利于丽 S业务的发展和增长。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种支持 MM版权保护的匪 S实现方法, 用于移动通信网络系统, 其特 征在于: 包括如下步骤:
编辑定制含有版权内容的多媒体消息丽;
将所述多媒体消息丽上载到增值应用服务器;
终端用户下载所述多媒体消息固, 其中所述多媒体消息匪中含有版权内 容;
移动通信多媒体消息业务中心对所述终端用户下载含有版权内容的多媒 体消息 MM进行计费;
终端用户使用含有版权内容的多媒体消息醒进行端对端收发;
移动通信多媒体消息业务中心对含有版权内容的多媒体消息端对端收发 进行计费。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的实现方法, 其特征在于, 在将多媒体消息 固 上载到增值应用服务器的步骤之前, 还包括:
终端用户向发版权管理中心发送所述编辑定制的多媒体消息醒进行版权 申请的步骤;
所述版权管理中心同意该申请的步骤。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的实现方法, 其特征在于, 在将多媒体消息 匪上载到增值应用服务器后, 还进一步包括设置版权信息识别元素的步骤。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述版权信息识别元 素包括版权号码、 版权来源地址。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的实现方法, 其特征在于, 含有版权内容的多媒 体消息 MM的下载步骤, 进一步包括:
步骤 1 0 , 终端用户在增值应用服务器上编辑定制含有版权的多媒体消息; 步骤 20 , 终端用户设置接收方地址和源地址, 其中所述接收方为一移动 终端用户;
步骤 30, 发送方的移动通信多媒体消息业务中心收到所述多媒体消息; 步骤 40, 发送方的移动通信多媒体消息业务中心解析所述多媒体消息的 接收者地址; 步骤 50, 判断发送方和接收方是否属于同一个移动通信多媒体消息业务 中心,如果不是则根据路由规则将所述多媒体消息转发给接收方的多媒体消息 业务中心, 如果是则继续;
步骤 60, 接收方的移动通信多媒体消息业务中心进行版权信息元素检测; 步骤 61, 判断是否含有版权信息元素, 如果不存在则执行步骤 62 , 如果 存在, 则执行步骤 63,;
步骤 62, 接收方的移动通信多媒体消息业务中心生成普通多媒体消息通 知, 执行步骤 70;
步骤 63, 接收方的移动通信多媒体消息业务中心生成多媒体通知, 在通 知中提示用户含有版权信息内容;
步骤 70, 用户进行多媒体消息提取;
步骤 80, 发送方和 /或接收方的移动通信多媒体消息业务中心进行版权费 计费处理, 并通知增值应用服务器。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述使用含有版权内 容的多媒体消息 MM进行端对端收发的步骤, 进一步包括:
步骤 100, 用户可对多媒体消息 MM中不含有版权的部分进行修改; 步骤 200, 用户输入接收方地址转发;
步骤 300, 发送方的移动通信多媒体消息业务中心收到所述多媒体消息, 并检测其版权信息元素;
步骤 400, 发送方的移动通信多媒体消息业务中心解析所述多媒体消息的 接收者地址;
步骤 500, 判断含有版权信息且接收者是否是移动终端, 如果不是则执行 步骤 510, 拒绝发送所述多媒体消息, 如果是则继续执行如下步骤;
步骤 520, 判断发送方和接收方是否是同一移动通信多媒体消息业务中 心; 如果不是, 则执行步骤 530, 根据路由规则将所述多媒体消息发给接收方 的移动通信多媒体消息业务中心, 如果是继续执行如下步骤;
步骤 600, 接收方的移动通信多媒体消息业务中心进行版权信息元素检 测;
步骤 610, 判断是否含有版权信息元素, 如果不存在, 则执行步骤 620, 如果存在, 则执行步骤 630; 步骤 620, 接收方的移动通信多媒体消息业务中心生成普通多媒体消息通 知, 执行步骤 700;
步骤 630, 接收方的移动通信多媒体消息业务中心生成消息通知, 在通知 中提示用户含有版权信息内容;
步骤 700, 用户多媒体消息提取;
步骤 800, 发送方和 /或接收方的移动通信多媒体消息业务中心进行版权 费计费处理, 并通知增值应用服务器。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的实现方法, 其特征在于, 在步骤 510中, 进一 步包括请求重新输入接收方地址的步骤。
