Abstract

The invention relates to a vertical stapler which is used to position and staple a group of sheets in a defined space, at an angle or along one edge of the group of sheets. More specifically, the invention relates to an improved stapler system which can be used to staple a group of sheets by positioning the staple in an optimal manner at an angle or along one edge of the group of sheets. The inventive system comprises a base (5) which receives rods or telescopic rods (2). The aforementioned rods connect the base to the upper part and determine the position of the group of sheets by placing the staple at a pre-defined distance. When the user applies pressure on the press cover (1), the upper part moves downwards and is guided by the two telescopic rods (2), said rods comprising a return spring which exerts a lesser opposite force against the action of the user. Subsequently, the magazine (3) rests on the group of sheets and the press cover (1) continues to move downwards, thereby moving the spring crush plate (6) which releases a staple from the magazine (3) and staples the group of sheets. The device is particularly suitable for stapling sheets.

Description

La présente invention concerne une structure améliorée d'agrafeuse dont la fonction a pour but de permettre à l'utilisateur la mise en position rapide et sans hésitations de son groupe de feuilles pour l'agrafer soit dans un angle, soit sur un côté . L'agrafeuse est un outil indispensable pour que chacun puisse assembler un groupe de feuilles, pourtant les agrafeuses disponibles actuellement ne permettent pas un bon positionnement du groupe de feuilles, ce qui a pour conséquences: l.Un agrafage plutôt aléatoire et assez souvent lointain dans le coin en haut à gauche, à droite ou au centre des bords de feuilles, empêchant une bonne lecture de certains documents puisque le texte se trouve recouvert au point d'agrafage. 2.Un agrafage également aléatoire mais plus gênant s'il s'agit d'un agrafage latéral, pour consulter le groupe de feuilles à la manière d'un livre, ici l' inconvénient se caractérise par la mise en place de deux agrafes qui ne seront ni parallèles au papier ni alignées entre elles. Au vu de ces inconvénients, il parait important de proposer une solution efficace qui pourrait enfin remédier à ce manque de rapidité et de précision dans le positionnement et l'agrafage d'un groupe de feuilles. Pour ce faire, cette structure améliorée d'agrafeuse permet à l'utilisateur de gagner en temps mais également en précision puisque ce dispositif a l'avantage de délimiter l'espace papier dans lequel sera incrusté l'agrafe. Que l'assemblage des papiers se fasse dans un angle comme généralement en haut et à gauche ou bien sur le côté , cette agrafeuse par son mode original d'agrafage bloque le papier à l'endroit le plus approprié pour son agrafage. Le dispositif selon l'invention comporte deux ensembles, une partie basse, constituée d'une base(5) sur laquelle est fixée la plaque de retournement d'agrafe(4) et accueillant deux tiges ou tiges télescopiques(2) au moins, qui, au moment venu, viendront se loger dans cette même partie basse par enfoncement de la partie supérieure du à l'action de l'utilisateur. Une deuxième partie, la partie supérieure, regroupe le couvercle presseur(l), le magasin(3) et son système d'avance d'agrafes ainsi que la plaque ressort d'écrasement(6),

inférieure et supérieure étant reliées par les deux tiges (2). Lors de la mise en position d'un groupe de feuilles, les deux tiges (2) délimitent la longueur de papier qui sera agrafée lorsque l'on présente le groupe de papier sur la base(5). les deux tiges télescopiques(2) rentre dans la base(5), le magasin(3) se pose sur le papier et le couvercle presseur(l) écrase la plaque ressort(6) d'écrasement sortant ainsi une agrafe du magasin(3) et agrafant le groupe de feuilles. Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation: - Les tiges télescopiques(2) peuvent être de tous types de sections et également allongées grâce à d'autres tiges télescopiques se camouflant dans les précédentes tiges télescopiques. - La ou les tiges(2) peuvent être au nombre minimum de une, les dites tiges peuvent également être représentées par d'autres dispositifs de guidage de translation dans ce même sens c'est à dire verticalement. - La plaque ressort d'écrasement(ό) peut être réalisée en deux pièces bien distinctes afin que chaque action ait sa pièce, c'est à dire un ressort écartant le magasin(3) du couvercle presseur(l) et une plaque d'extraction d'agrafes. - Ces dispositifs de translation ainsi que les différentes pièces de l'agrafeuse peuvent être réalisées en métal ou plastique notamment. - Le magasin d'agrafes (3) peut être articulé suivant un axe transversal placé à l'arrière de celui-ci lui assurant une rotation plutôt qu'une translation verticale.
