Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'évaluation et de réduction du coût de complexité dans la production de produits ou la mise en oeuvre d'un service, par comparaison d'étapes non liées à la valeur ajoutée sélectionnées dans la fabrication ou la mise en oeuvre du service au nombre de produits ou de services différents fournis, de manière à obtenir le coût non lié à la valeur ajoutée du produit ou du service pour diverses complexités sélectionnées. Le nombre de produits nécessaires à traiter ou à retenir dans l'inventaire pour une demande particulière, ou le nombre de services spécifiques différents nécessaires pour une demande de service particulière, est déterminé par comparaison du nombre d'éléments différents du produit, ou de catégories de services offertes, aux étapes non liées à la valeur ajoutée sélectionnées dans les processus correspondants. Des analyses mathématiques sont dérivées d'équations de mouvement d'amélioration des processus, comprenant une première dérivée de vitesse de processus.
