  • Morpholine 60 ⁇ L, 0.69 mmol was added to a stirred solution of methyl-phenyl- carbamic acid 4-(4-chloromethyl-benzoylamino)-phenyl ester (0.344 mmol) in dimethylfor- mamide (5 mL). After stirring for 3 hours at room temperature, water was added to the reaction mixture and the precipitate was isolated by suction, washed thoroughly with water and dried in a vacuum oven at 40 °C yielding the title compound (118 mg, 77% yield) as a white solid.

Abstract

L'invention concerne de nouveaux carbamates de phényle para-substitués, des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant et leur utilisation dans le traitement et/ou la prévention de maladies ou de troubles liés à la lipase hormono-sensible. Plus spécifiquement, ces composés sont utilisés dans le traitement et/ou la prévention de maladies et de troubles, dans lesquels la modulation de l'activité de la lipase hormono-sensible est bénéfique.
