Abstract

An auxiliary circuit (1) for filling valves with piston-driven dosage characterized by the fact that it (1) equipped with an intercepting valve (2) to perform the circulation of sanitizing liquid (3) abd to perform the return flow (4) of the product that keeps the filling plant (5) at process temperature.

Description

Sanitizing system for filling valves with piston-filler
Field of art
The present invention relates to the technology of filling plants, and in particular relates to plants for viscous fluid filling under cold or hot conditions.
State of the art
In the filling process under hot conditions it is necessary that the product reaches the bottle before cooling off. Running through pipes or components at room temperature can cause the cooling of the product and thus of incorrect filling, jeopardising production.
Currently the phase of temperature keeping is done through the piston of the volumetric chamber. Such piston is kept in alternate movement to suck and eject the hot product.
During such alternate movement a small exchange occurs and thus a small cooling of the product.
Another basic need of filling plants it to perform the cleaning and the sanitization of the entire filling circuit. Currently to perform such phases it is necessary to disassemble some components of the circuit, a procedure that is often performed manually.
Piston fillers are used to fill viscous or solid suspension products. The traditional systems thus require the presence in the filler of a main tank to stock the product to be send to the filling valves . Inside the main tank is often inserted a shaker necessary to keep the product homogeneous.
The present invention suggests an ideal solution of the aforementioned problems.
Description
The invention is now disclosed in details with reference to the drawings attached as a non limiting example.
Figure 1 represents schematically a filling valve with piston-driven dosage. An auxiliary circuit (1) is also present that is provided of specific intercepting valve (2) for the circulation of the sanitizing fluid (3).
Figure 2 represents schematically the application of the same auxiliary circuit (1) that performs the flow (4) of the product to regulate the process working temperature of the filling plant (5).
Figure 3 represents schematically a rotating filler with filling valves having dosing pistons. The traditional main tank is not present.
In the figures each single detail is marked as follows:
1. indicates the auxiliary circuits that help in the sanitization process and also to regulate the working temperature in whole filling plant.
2. indicates the intercepting valves of auxiliary circuits 1.
3. indicates the path of the sanitizing flow through the auxiliary circuits.
4. indicates the recirculating phase of the product to raise and to maintain the working temperature in the filling plant.
5. indicates the filling plant.
6. is the feeding valve of the filling valve with dosing piston.
7. is the dosing piston
8. is the feeding circuit of the processing fluids.
9. is the return circuit of the process fluids.
10. is the feeding circuit of the filling valves.
The clarity of the figures highlights the simplicity and the reliability of the sanitizing system for filling valves with dosing piston through an auxiliary circuit (1), provided with an intercepting valve (2) to perform the circulation of the sanitizing liquid (3) and to also perform the recirculation flow of the product that raises and maintains the process temperature during the filling (5).
The invention of course allows for several variations of practical realisation both for what concerns the dimensioning and proportioning and for the technological choices of the different functional components. It is understood that the plants that will feature the sanitizing system for piston dosing filling valves having the characteristics described and showed will be considered as being part of the protection sphere of the present invention. It is also understood that all the plants that a standard technician in this field will be able to create without inventive effort, but only through simple logical deductions by reproducing the original characteristics specific of the present invention, will be considered as being part of the protection sphere of the present invention.
