Description

" ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN A CAN FOR PACKING DRINKS ".
PREAMBULE
The present patent of utility model has as object a new type of can destined to pack drinks. It belongs to the branch of packages and containers used for the conditioning of food and correlated products, in which is introduced a new conceptual design, which differentiates the object from any other existing model, improving its performance in its target use and answering to the user's needs. STATE-OF-THE-ART
Since a long time, there are, commercially available, products that are packed in cans and destined to individual consumers, most specifically, cans destined to pack beverages such as soft drinks and beer. Essentially constituted of a single conformation, a can is formed by two or three pieces in a vertical, cylindrical- shaped body, with a slightly inside-curved bottom, in a concave form, and a surface originated by a cover, mechanically fastened to the body, such fastening forming a border in form of hoop, which circularly frames all dimension and originates the superior base, such superior base being lowered in relation to the plain containing the superior hoop. In the superior base is located the bolt that provides the mouthpiece opening. The lowed base has a depressing that contours it.
Due to being lowered and to having a contouring depression, - local of difficult access to the cleaning procedures - the base accumulates residues and insects, which let there their feces, running for germs proliferation and contaminating the user.
Although this model is largely used, we can assign several inconvenient, among them the possibility to accumulate residues in the surface, local where the user puts the mouth when in the consumption of the packed product, ingesting the liquid carried with the residues present in the depression. OF THE INNOVATION Aiming to solve these and other problems not showed here, it was conceived the present patent λλ ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN A CAN FOR PACKING DRINKS " that offers a new constructive form for general-purpose beverage cans. Endowed of mouthpiece (can surface) in high relief, with a plain form until a larger convex angle, thus differentiating itself from the forms in low relief mostly employed in the industry and applied to the cans existing until now, concave bottom consonant with the surface in order to allow piling one come on the top of the other, innovating the can packing process. In this new structural model, mediated by mechanical factors, it is chosen a system of effective alteration and inversion of the traditional system of seal and union between body and cover, changed for seal and union between body and bottom, otherwise we could maintain the traditional model of inserting the superior cover since preserving in this one the changes since the right angle until the biggest applicable convex angle, then high relief and having than it's junction below the neck line, that's to say, below the labial holding.
In view of being the can surface a planner and/or convex form, it is excluded the possibility to accumulate residues, since there is no depressions and edges to hold them, besides the full possibility of cleaning and hygiene. For a better understanding of the exposed subject, we attached drawings that present in a clear and accurate form, the object of the patent, where the Figure 01, is a view in perspective of the improved can in the version with bottom closing with a superior convex part with the can' s body (01) owning as a supporting point the inferior junction part (02), being the joining point and the cover of the can when in the industrial process of packing, endowed with a concave form with edge of chamfer, the place in which there is the union between can's body (01) and bottom/cover by inferior juction (06) conventional. Convex top part (03) , called surface, in form of relief which surpasses the can's body (01) and having a bolt (04) that has the purpose propitiate the opening of the can' s mouthpiece (05) . With an anatomical counter area for labial support that frames the consumption act.
Figure 02, with a cut view of the improved can in the version with bottom closing and convex top part, with a bottom junction part (02), in a curved form with angle turned inside, in concave form, consonant with the surface, in order to provide the can's piling up. Convex top part (03) internally showed so as to characterize the angle of the can's surface convex form.
Figure 03, with a plant view of the improved can in the version with bottom closing and with convex top part, with a conventional bolt (04) fastened in the center of the convex top part (03). Mouthpiece (05), with design in elliptical form, creased at the convex top part (03), in order to make possible your breaking when in the opening process, impelled by the bolt (04) . Figure 04 , with bottom view of the improved can in the version with bottom closing and with convex top part with bottom junction part (02) with angled curve turned inside with a concave form and inferior junction (06) conventional . Figure 05, with lateral view of the improved can in the version with bottom closing and with convex superior part, with the can's body (01), convex top part (03) in high relief relative to the can's body (01), and bottom junction part (02) inferior junction (06) conventional. Figure 06, with lateral view of the improved can in the version with bottom closing and with plain top part with the can's body (01) plain top part (07) in high relief relative to the can's body (01), and bottom junction part
(02) and inferior junction (06) conventional.
Figure 07, with a perspective view of the improved can in the version with improved top closing and with convex top part, with can's body (01), convex top part (03) with top junction (09) below the labial support contour - neck, for union between can's body (01) and the convex top part (03) by conventional means and bottom part (08) framed in the can's body (01) in a concave form consonant with the convex top part (03) .
Figure 08, with lateral view of the improved can in the version with improved top closing and with convex top part, with the can's body (01), convex top part (03) in high relief related to the can's body (01), top junction (09) conventional and framed bottom part (08) . Figure 09, with a cut view of the improved can in the version with improved top closing and with convex top part, with the can's body (01), convex top part (03) in high relief relative to the can's body (01), top junction (09) conventional and framed bottom part (08) .
The object of the present patent has a new structural form with a top part with a high relief form since the right angle, with the use of plain top part (07) until the highest convex angle, with the use of convex top part (03), connected to the can's body (01), by an improved top junction (09) conventional and top disposed below the anatomical contour for labial support or connected by inferior junction (06) bottom disposed according to conventional model.
