本实用新型的目的在于提供一种不会产生化学污水、 安全节能、 利用臭氧水对 餐具进行消毒洗涤的一种臭氧水消毒洗涤机。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述的技术方案予以实现。
本实用新型的臭氧水消毒洗涤机, 包括进水电磁阀、 臭氧水发生器、 低水位控 制器、 高水位控制器、 出水泵、 储水缸、 进水管、 出水管、 机壳, 在机壳上设有多 个通气孔; 在机壳内设有进水电磁阀、 低水位控制器、 高水位控制器、 出水泵、 储 水缸; 所述的臭氧水发生器设置在机壳内储水缸的上面; 所述的进水管穿过机壳后 与进水电磁阔连接; 进水电磁阀的出水口通过管路与臭氧水发生器的进水口连接; 臭氧水发生器的出水口通过管路与储水缸连接; 所述的出水泵的进水口通过管路连 接在储水缸下部; 出水管穿过机壳后与出水泵的出水口连接; 低水位控制器和高水 位控制器的信号探头设置在储水缸内; 在机壳上设有控制线进出口。 ·
在釆用上述技术措施的基础上, 进一步的改进方案是在出水管上设置出水阀, 用来调节出水量大小; 将进水管和出水管均设置在机壳的背面板上为佳; 将通气孔 设置在机壳背面板或侧面板的上部, 在机壳底板上设置多个溢流孔为佳; 在机壳侧 面板上最好设有开关和指示灯。
本实用新型的消毒洗涤机, 是利用臭氧水来进行消毒洗涤, 不会造成二次化学 污水, 有利于环境保护; 制臭氧水的过程也不会消耗大量的电能, 有利于节约能源。 附图说明

如图 1、 图 2、 图 3所示, 本实用新型包括进水电磁阀 1、 臭氧水发生器 2、 低 水位控制器 3、 高水位控制器 4、 出水泵 5、 出水阀 6、 储水缸 7、 进水管 8、 出水管 9、 机壳 10, 在机壳 10的背面板上部设有多个通气孔 13, 利于空气的进入; 进水电 磁阀 1、 臭氧水发生器 2、 低水位控制器 3、 高水位控制器 4设置在机壳 10内上部; 出水泵 5设置在机壳 10内的下部; 储水缸 7设置在机壳 10内的中部; 进水管 8在 机壳 10的背面板上部穿过机壳 10后与进水电磁阀 1连接; 进水电磁阀 1的出水口 通过管路与臭氧水发生器 2 的进水口连接; 臭氧水发生器 2 的出水口通过管路与储 水缸 7连接; 出水泵 5的进水口通过管路连接在储水缸 7下部; 出水管 9在机壳 10 的背面板下部穿过机壳 10后与出水泵 5的出水 Π连接, 在出水管 9上设有出水阀 6; 低水位控制器 3和高水位控制器 4的信号探头设置在储水缸 7内; 在机壳 10的背面 板上设有控制线进出口 14。
在机壳 10的底板上设有多个溢流孔, 用来排出储水缸 7的溢出水和与水分离的 臭氧; 在机壳 10侧面板上设有开关 11和指示灯 12。
本实用新型的洗涤机外形尺寸小巧, 适合安装在洗碟机旁的台下, 不会影响洗 碟机的操作; 两边的侧面板可相互调换, 方便在各种使用环境下的安装。 具体使用 时, 最好与洗碟机配合使用, 将本机的出水管 9与洗碟机的消毒系统进水口连接, 用洗碟机的电源共同控制; 当本机接收到洗碟机的启动指示后, 机内的电器部件即 被接通, 出水泵 5运转并向洗碟机供臭氧水; 如储水缸 7 的存水不够, 低水位控制 器 3的信号使进水电磁阀 1打开, 水进入臭氧水发生器 2即时制出臭氧水流入储水 缸 7; 如水位到达髙位时, 髙水位控制器 4的信号使电磁阀 1关闭。
本实用新型亦可独立使用, 用来对地板、 厨房、 卫生间进行消毒清洗; 使用时, 只需将电源线经开关 11后接入, 并在出水管 9上套上软管即可使用。

1. 一种臭氧水消毒洗涤机, 包括进水电磁阀 (1 )、 臭氧水发生器 (2)、 低水位 控制器(3 )、 高水位控制器 (4)、 出水泵 (5 )、 储水缸 (7)、 进水管 (8)、 出水管 (9)、 机壳(10), 其特征在于: 在机壳(10)上设有多个通气孔(13 ); 在机壳(10) 内设有进水电磁阀 (1 )、 低水位控制器(3 )、 高水位控制器 (4)、 出水泵 (5 )、 储 水缸 (7); 所述的臭氧水发生器(2) 设置在机壳 (10) 内储水缸 (7) 的上面; 所 述的进水管 (8 ) 穿过机壳 (10) 后与进水电磁阀 (1 )连接; 进水电磁阀 (1 ) 的出 水口通过管路与臭氧水发生器(2) 的进水口连接; 臭氧水发生器 (2) 的出水口通 过管路与储水缸 (7)连接; 所逑的出水泵(5) 的进水口通过管路连接在储水缸(7) 下部; 出水管 (9) 穿过机壳 (10)后与出水泵 (5 ) 的出水口连接; 低水位控制器 (3 )和高水位控制器(4) 的信号探头设置在储水缸(7) 内; 在机壳(10) 上设有 控制线进出口 (14)。
