Abstract

The invention relates to a regulating package for fitting roof hooks. The invention consists in producing a standard batch (10), each batch comprising numerous limited hooks (4) which are aligned against one another and which are thus secured using a fastener or stick (2). The fastener or stick maintains the hooks (4) of the regulating batch in place for the purpose of fitting a row of roof slates (scaled or within-reach), such that when the batch is placed in one hand, ready for use, the stick can be released from the hooks (4) simply by grasping same between two fingers, applying an antagonistic force and tearing and/or applying two opposing torques at the ends of the batch arrangement and twisting. In this way, the stick can be easily separated even when it is necessary to hold a hammer in the other hand at the same time.

Description

CONDITIONNEMENT REGULATEUR POUR LA POSE DE CROCHETS DE COUVERTURE REGULATOR PACKAGING FOR THE INSTALLATION OF COVER HOOKS
DESCRIPTIONDESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to the regulatory packaging for the installation of cover hooks.
It is known that, for fixing slates or shingles to roofs, cover hooks are used.
In a first form, the hooks have a first point end / which is stitched in the battens.
In a second form of hooks, this first end represents a staple which is clamped on " lïtëâux mounted in parallel. In both versions, the hooks have the same second end opposite the point or staple, which forms the clamp for retaining the covering element, slate or shingle.
These hooks are currently and always placed in bulk or on supports of about forty of these in their packaging (wooden box). During their use, the roofer must untangle them by extracting a handle from the assembly forming a cluster by shaking them above their box for presentation in bulk or by handle of any number requiring several manipulations when they are on support, repeated gesture for the installation of each of the rows of roofing elements, making up the strip of qualified slate (urn or ladder) that the roofer makes each time he moves his flat ladder, this method requiring a detangling hook by hook and manipulation for the presentation of the orientation of the laying direction of the latter.
This is a tedious and long operation, and therefore expensive because it considerably extends the exposure time.
La présente invention résulte de la recherche d'une solution efficace et simple à ce problème, et d'un besoin de progrès devant l'exigence d'un usage constant, fiable et sécurisant consistant en un conditionnement des crochets ordonnés en lot d' un nombre limité standard en vue de faciliter leur préhension et leur ordonnancement en nombre libre dans la main lors de la séparation d' avec le stick pour la réalisation standardisée et la régulation de chaque rang de la bande d'ardoises, lesdits • lots sont limités à six unitésThe present invention results from the search for an effective and simple solution to this problem, and from a need for progress in the face of the requirement for constant, reliable and secure use consisting of packaging hooks ordered in a batch of one standard limited number in order to facilitate their gripping and their ordering in free number in the hand during the separation of with the stick for the standardized realization and the regulation of each row of the strip of slates, said • lots are limited to six units
The invention is therefore a system for packaging cover hooks for single use and manual use, characterized in that it consists of a batching each comprising a plurality of hooks aligned against each other in a limited number of six subject units. thus by a fastener or stick which retains the hooks in such a way, that when the batch in a single gesture is positioned in a second in hand close to use, it can with great ease be released in the blink of an eye eye of said hooks by simple pulling between two fingers in the transverse direction of the batch so that this operation of separating said stick from with the hooks is easy despite the fact that the other hand has to hold a hammer at the same time.
According to the invention, several versions of said stick have been developed, some of which are made of a tearing technical tape, such as treated paper tape, nylon, adhesive, thermoformable, for other versions made of a component that can be molded, deposited in tape, type resin, glue, polymerization cement or fast setting offering for the latter a rupture by structural fragmentation. First and second versions have been designed to cooperate with the rod or hook body. A variant cooperates with the terminations of the ends of said hooks.
In the first aforementioned version, the stick in the loaded state has the form of a small case composed of two flanges intended to cooperate in pairs only with the rods or body of the hooks by surrounding, by the central profile which exerts in adhesive mode the 360 ° segmental grip of the periphery of the scheduling of the lot. The stick is separated transversely from the whole of said batch of hooks by simple pulling between two fingers of one of the two symmetrically opposite lateral gripping flaps, to effect the separation from the hooks in one of the two possible directions of use. left or right.
In the second version, mentioned above, the stick has a bracelet made up of two symmetrically opposite bars inside which protrude a plurality of pins which can form two respective pluralities of cells or dies exerting a hold for the retention or subjugation between them rods or son of said hooks, in batch, and which open from one side to the other simultaneously by fragmentary rupture under the effect of a twist of said lot exerted by two inverted couples at its two ends.
When using hooks conditioned in accordance with the invention, the roofer no longer has to untangle them one by one in their box to place them in hand. Thanks to the stick, it performs this operation with a gesture, by separating the stick by the pull exerted on one of the gripping flaps between two fingers or by twisting between them at each end of the batch.
This gesture, which should be referred to as a single take, in their wooden box does not in any way require you to get rid of the hammer to be accomplished, which is mandatory for picking up loose hooks requiring disentangling. Similarly, all these other parasitic gestures so frequent, consisting of an additional grip during a fitting phase, are removed with the stick if the number of hooks seized at first was insufficient or by replacing the excess hooks in the opposite case, knowing that each row of the urn or ladder representing the strip of slate laid on a ramp made by the roofer, is made up of said rows of a standard number of unit of covering element, The characteristics and advantages of the invention mentioned above - above, as well as others, will appear more clearly in the following description, made in relation to the attached drawings, in which:

First considering Figs.l, views A and C and Fig. 16, they each represent a plurality of hooks 4 suitably disposed between them, namely aligned against each other, secured by a fastener or stick according to the invention to correspond to the scheduling in hand, Fig.16, such that it is commonly practiced by roofers after disentangling successive grips imposed by the bulk packaging of said hooks.
The hooks 4 of views B and C of Fig.l have in common their rod 5, and their end clamp 7 intended by the part 24 for retaining a sparse edge of the covering element. They differ only in their other end which, in view B is a point 21, and in view C a clip 21a.
On the basis of this first observation, the sticks according to the invention intended for assembling the hooks of the same batch as in FIG. 1, were designed to operate preferably at the level of the parts 5 which the two types have in common. hooks. And although they have been shown in the drawings for standard lots limited to six hooks, representing the standardized standardized number of regulators commonly chosen by roofers to carry out ergonomically and rationally the laying of each of the rows of slates thus regulated respectively at each taking a single lot to compose each strip of slate or (urn) made on a roof crawling by roofers, the previously chosen number of six units and of course likely to vary.
It comprises a transverse body composed of two parallel parallel bars 55 symmetrically secured or joined together on each side laterally by the ends in handles or returns 56 intended to ensure respectively on the one hand the lateral locking of the hooks and on the other hand the connection of said bars inside which a plurality of wedges or pins 57 also project perpendicularly, also spaced apart from one another by a distance d, FIG. 18, to form between them and with the bottom 36 of said bars a juxtaposition of individual cells 64 or 63 for hook insertion.
18 and 19, the imprint of the cylinder or cell dies 64- or 63 may respectively form within the fastener or stick two hollow internal profiles or dies of complementary shape to those of the outer peripheries on 360 ° of the two segmental arrangements of the wires or cylindrical rods of the hooks 4 forming the lot 10, the first of said profiles is formed by the arrangement in adjacent mode, it is composed of a plurality in juxtaposition of 64 Siamese cells between them at the level of the interstice 58 formed by the contact (adjacent) of the captive segments S (60) of the wires thus secured to each other and connected respectively, the latter are held aligned in solidarity by wedges or pins 57 symmetrically opposite, they border and form the cells between them. The respective internal profile of the bars 55 thus formed intimately fills the spaces between the circular sectors 65 of said captive segments of the adjacent wires to form said pins 57 in position interposed between the latter, they have an approximately triangular section whose base represented by the segment S (36) equal to two radii equivalent to the circumference diameter of the wires constituting the hooks, gradually decreases towards their free end by their two concave sides symmetrically matching the sectors 65 of the circumferences of said segments S (60) captive of the wires, by exercising the adjacent subjugation of the latter whose interface without play respectively forms the gap 58 equal to the spacing between the free opposite ends of the pins 57 forming said alveoli 64 represented in fact as two opposite half-cylinders exerting in pairs the individual rights of way 60 forming the plurality of said pins 57 symmetrically opposed in pairs on the side of their respective end separated at 58 they are roommates of one and the other of the two cells which they border to form said interior profile or matrix formed by this same plurality of adjacent cells 64 for exerting the connection of the hooks 4 except that of the end ensuring the retention of the two external or bordering hooks 4th of lot 10 which are bordered inner side of the lot by the pair of said roommate pins with the neighboring inner Siamese cell and outer side by the end with a handle or return 56 ensuring the lateral locking of the hooks.
Said second stick 2B preferably operates in duo of units on the rods 5, they respectively occupy an eccentric position 51 close to the ends 7, and 21. The criteria of thickness, of grip 60, as well as the external shapes are susceptible to vary.
The second hollow internal profile or complementary matrix of the second stick like the first profile of the latter only differs by the shape of the cells 63 defining a plurality of circularly closed cylindrical imprints defined in accordance by the second parallel arrangement of the hooks slightly spaced between them about 0.5 to 1 mm causing the inclusion 61 of material or substance 53 constituting the stick. Said cells 63 are formed by the pins 57 in the same way already explained for the first complementary profile with the only difference that the latter symmetrically opposite have approximately an X-shaped section (except those bordering) 4e their opposite ends being connected by contiguity due to said inclusion 61 occupying the relative clearance between each captive segment S (60) said second profile for the purpose of stiffening the structure of the stick or absorbing slight variations in alignment of the hook wire or for subjecting certain categories of hooks. Fig. 19 illustrates a variant E (tip) of the second stick 2B operating by covering the entire periphery of the terminations 22 of the ends 7 and 21 of the hooks said variant consists essentially of all of said second stick according to the invention by adopting the technical and structural criteria of the profiles complementary interior or matrix composed of blind cells 64 and 63 with in addition an additional volume integrating by coming to operate as end caps 22 by conforming to conforming the facets 31 peripherally dashed line 66 or in their entirety by the template outside of the right-of-way 60 defined by the solid transverse lines. The positioning of said variant E on the drawing operates in the manner of a tip on said terminations 22 securing the laying by the muzzle of the injurious parts which the latter represent, the material or substance 53 constituting the sticks 2B being able to be of translucent nature. appear in the drawings the solid lines defining the different volumes and the interior elements.
On voit sur le dessin que symétriquement de chaque côté de façon excentrée longitudinalement l'ordonnancement des crochets subi une distension en provoquant ainsi l'écartement régulier (en éventail) des tiges 5 et de leurs extrémités avec comme conséquence, la résultante de deux forces antagoniques créant un effet mécanique (déformation) entraînant simultanément la désintégration des deux ensembles respectifs d'alvéoles pouvant constituer le second stick B et sa variante E.Fig.15 illustrates the operation of the second stick 2B and E, the latter chosen in the drawing operating on the ends 22 of the ends 7 and 21 when the hooks are released, namely that the cells 64 or 63 are open to leave free the hooks by the fragmentary rupture 35 of the body or bars 55, caused by the torsional effect Z of the scheduling of the lot10 under the effect of two opposite couples exerted respectively between two fingers close to said ends. We see in the drawing that symmetrically on each side eccentrically longitudinally the ordering of the hooks undergoes distension thereby causing the regular spacing (fan) of the rods 5 and their ends with the result, the result of two antagonistic forces creating a mechanical effect (deformation) simultaneously causing the disintegration of the two respective sets of cells which may constitute the second stick B and its variant E.
In practice, the separation of the second stick from the hooks of its batch is as easy as previously described for the stick, after the user, hammer in hand, made a pick with the other hand, by twisting effect or twisting with the help of the hand holding the hammer. Throughout the separation phase, the thumb of the hand carrying the batch retains the order as in Fig. 3, to start laying. On the other hand, the body of the second stick can have a reinforced structure, for example in the form of reinforcement 27 or wires (in textile) stretched embedded transversely and diametrically opposite on either side of the captive cylindrical segments S (60) to arm the bottoms 36 of the bars 55 thus ensuring the integrity of the sticks in the event of a premature break during the various transfers of lots 10 until installation, keeping the initial schedule.
It will also be noted that certain sectors of the circumferences of the captive segments S (60) of the smooth cylindrical wire constituting the hooks may have a treatment or micro-machining (groove) 15 in order to guarantee better contact or inking at the interface of the footprints. or material matrix 53 of the cells 64 or 63 and of the said captive segments, ensuring the locking of the hooks by preventing their sliding or rotation in the said cell grips in order to promote the fragmentary rupture 35 from one side to the other of the stick and therefore guarantee the same simultaneous opening of all of said cells during the complete separation of the batch of hooks by the user. In addition, the bottom 36 of the bars 55 of the second stick may externally include areas of reduced thickness, for example in the form of grooves 68, at the level of each cell for a simultaneous rupture from one side to the other of the stick when it is stressed by torsion with a view to its disintegration. The exact shape of the external profile of the stick 2 is defined by a process of forming various previously mentioned technical ribbons which can go into the manufacture of the latter, so as to make them fit appropriately, on the one hand the segmental 360 "periphery for the destination of the circular rods or body 5 of the hooks by the central part or closed ϋ profile, and on the other hand the extensions 29 in lateral continuity on either side which the back 0 and the front 1 have in common last transversely forming the flanges or gripping flaps 20 by their contact exerted by the machine process during said forming of the ribbons arranged on either side of the rods 5 as illustrated in Fig.2A in order to merge the interior walls * or adhesives respective of these, initially presented in parallel.
The manufacture of the sticks and the batching is done mechanically characterized by the ordering of the hooks aligned against each other it is preferable to bring them together tighten without play thus subject, for a better holding of the whole by reducing the relative twisting longitudinal of the lot. This conditioning of said hooks allows a canning in mode automatic hardly achievable by current methods, This possibility provides- a substantial saving of time compared to filling in manual very demanding with repeated risks of injury to the hands, the ends of the latter presenting a cutting by shearing of sharp aspect.
In the unloaded state, the ordered lots 10 of hooks mechanically presented to the chain upstream of the sticking phase 2 can undergo a non-stick treatment 19 previously mentioned, the latter is applied by the processes Figs. 10 P26 P43 on certain sectors S of the circumferences of the rods 5 of the segments of the latter advantageously treating the grip on the half-periphery
