Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ermittlung einer Position einer mobilen Kommunikationseinrichtung in einem Kommunikationsnetz (Lokalisierung). Dazu werden aus Kommunikationssignalen einer Basisstation, welche mit der mobilen Kommunikationseinrichtung in dem Kommunikationsnetz in einer Kommunikation steht, unter Verwendung eines nichtlinearen Kommunikationsmodell mittels einer nichtlinearen Bayesianischen Filterung ein mögliches Aufenthaltsgebiet für die mobile Kommunikationseinrichtung ermittelt. Aus dieser wird dann die ausgewählte Position der mobilen Kommunikationseinrichtung bestimmt.
