Abstract

The present invention allows pet owners to know their pet’s excretion as soon as they finish excretion by a speaker making a sound reacting to the action of switches installed on the frame of the waste receptacle and to treat pet waste easily and hygienically by constructing the waste receptacle with an antibacterical mattress, a resin screen material, and non-woven fabric and by installing a partition around the frame of said receptacle.

Description

STOOL FOR PET
[Technical Field] The present invention relates to a stool for pet (for example, dog, cat,
etc.) that lives indoor.
[Background Art]
As well known in the art, a pet dog among pet animals has a relatively
higher intelligence. Therefore, when a pet dog is trained about a peeing place, the
dog pees at a certain place. In this case, the owner of dog should follow the dog
and clean excretion or should watch if the dog pees at a certain place. In order to
overcome the above problems, various kinds of stools for pet have been used. As
one example of the conventional stools, there is a utility model registration No.
20-0226909 (filing date: March 30, 2000, title: stool plate for pet). According to
the above utility model, a protrusion rim is formed along an outer side of a
container. The bottom of the container has a gradually decreasing slope. A
plurality of protrusions are formed on the bottom of the container at regular
intervals. A non-woven fabric is inserted between the protruded rim and the
protrusions using a fixing rod.
However, in the above-described conventional stool for pet, when
a t animal pees, the non-woven fabric is used. When the pet animal goes to empty bowel, the non-woven fabric is fixed, for thereby decreasing the use of non-
woven fabric, and excretion is not contacted with feet of pet. However, in the
conventional art, it is impossible to know when the pet pees or goes to empty
bowel. In particular, since the portion between the protruded rim and the
protrusions of the center is too narrow, excretion may be caught therein, so that it
is very difficult to clean the stuck excretion for thereby inhibiting an actual use of
the above utility mode.
[Disclosure of Invention] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a stool for pet in which a plurality of weight-based contact point switches are elastically installed on an upper surface of a protruded rim of a container, and a melody speaker is installed in one side of the same, and an antibiotic mat is provided in the container, and a synthetic resin net plate and a non-woven fabric are disposed in the protruded rim. With the above-described construction, when a certain pet animal gets onto the non-woven fabric, the synthetic resin net plate is pressed by the weight of pet, so that the contact point switch is switched on. At this time, since the pet removes bowel, sound is not generated from the melody speaker. After the pet finishes removing the bowel, when the pet is moved from the synthetic resin net plate and the non-woven fabric, the contact point switch is switched off, a certain sound is outputted from the melody speaker for a certain time period, so that the owner of the pet recognizes that the pet finished peeing or removing bowel. Therefore, the owner of the pet does not clean in the case of pee or rolls the non-woven fabric in the case of excretion and discards the excretion to
lavatory.
[Brief Description of the Drawings]
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with
reference to the accompanying drawings.
Figure 1 is a perspective view illustrating an assembled state of the
present invention;
Figure 2 is a disassembled perspective view of the present invention;
Figure 3 is a cross sectional view of the present invention;
Figure 4 is a perspective view according to another embodiment of the
present invention; and
Figure 5 is a partial enlarged cross sectional view illustrating a contact point switch according to the present invention.
[Best mode for Carrying Out the Invention]
Figures 1 through 4 are views illustrating the construction of the present
invention, of which Figures 1 through 3 are views of an embodiment of the
present invention, and Figure 4 is a view of another embodiment of the present
invention. In addition, Figure 5 is a partial enlarged cross sectional view
illustrating a contact point switch according to the present invention.
A plurality of contact point switches 6 are elastically installed on an upper
surface of a protruded rim 10 of a container 1. A melody speaker 4a is installed in one side of the same. An antibiotic mat 3 is provided in the container 1. A
synthetic resin net plate 2 and a non-woven fabric 5 are disposed on the upper
surface of the protruded rum 10.
In the drawing, reference numeral 4 represents a support member, 7 is a
hooking ring hole, 8 is a drainage hole cork, 9 is a partition, and 11 is a bottom
member.
The use of the present invention will be described.
When a certain pet animal gets onto the synthetic resin net plate 2 and the
non-woven fabric 5 provided on the upper surface of the container 1 in the case
that the pet animal goes to pee or remove bowel. The contact point switch 6 is
switched on by the weight of the pet animal for thereby forming an electrical
opened circuit, so that a certain sound is not outputted from the melody speaker
4a. Therefore, the pet animal finished stably peeing and removing bowel. When
the pet animal finishes and moves, the contact point switch 6 is switched off for
thereby forming a closed circuit. Therefore, a certain sound is outputted through
the melody speaker 9 for a certain time period by the operation of timer, so that
the owner of pet animal recognizes that the pet animal finished peeing or
removing bowel.
At this time, piss passes through the non-woven fabric 5 and the synthetic
resin net plate 2 and is gathered in the antibiotic mat 3 in the container 1, and the
solid excretion remains on the non-woven fabric 5. The solid excretion is
wrapped by the non-woven fabric 5 and is discarded into the waste box. As shown in Figure 4, a partition 9 may be installed in one side of the
container 1, so that the pet animal pees in a stable state. In particular, it is possible
to prevent the excretion of pet animal from being splashed to other sides. The
non- woven fabric 5 is provided in the bottom member 11 of one side of the
container 1, so that it is possible to prevent piss or solid excretion from being
contacted with the feet of the per animal.
In the present invention, the DC power may be used.
The constructions of the known contact point switch 6 and the timer may be changed to various constructions. The constructions of the same may be diversified.
[Industrial applicability]
As described above, in the present invention, a plurality of contact point
switches are elastically installed on an upper surface of the protruded rim of the
container, and a melody speaker is installed in one side of the same. An antibiotic
mat is installed in the container. The synthetic resin net plate and the non-woven
fabric are disposed on the upper surface of the protruded rim of the container, so
that it is possible to quickly know whether a pet animal finished peeing or
removing bowel. At the same time, a partition is installed in one side of the
container, so that the pet animal feels stable, and it is possible to prevent piss from
being splashed to other sides.
As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
