发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种结构简单、 结实可靠、 节省焊接, 富有弹性、使 用舒适的一种钢丝挂钩式网板。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的解决技术方案是:一种钢丝挂钩式网板, 至少包括:
第一长连杆, 其壁体的轴向方向设有一排第一插孔;
第二长连杆, 其壁体的轴向方向设有一排第二插孔;
若干根纵向钢丝,两端均设有折钩,第一端包覆于第一长连杆外侧插入第一 插孔, 形成卡接; 第二端包覆于第二长连杆外侧插入第二插孔, 形成卡接; 第一支撑杆,其两端分别与第一长连杆第一端、第二长连杆第一端固定连接; 第二支撑杆,其两端分别与第一长连杆第二端、第二长连杆第二端固定连接; 同时, 第一支撑杆、 第二支撑杆将纵向钢丝拉开, 形成网板。

本发明一种钢丝挂钩的床板,是利用钩挂式卡接将横或纵向钢丝与支撑杆或 长连杆连接, 其结构简单、 且安全可靠, 具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种钢丝挂钩式网板, 其特征在于: 至少包括:
第一长连杆, 其壁体的轴向方向设有一排第一插孔;
第二长连杆, 其壁体的轴向方向设有一排第二插孔;
若干根纵向钢丝,两端均设有折钩,第一端包覆于第一长连杆外侧插入第一 插孔, 形成卡接; 第二端包覆于第二长连杆外侧插入第二插孔, 形成卡接; 第一支撑杆,其两端分别与第一长连杆第一端、第二长连杆第一端固定连接; 第二支撑杆,其两端分别与第一长连杆第二端、第二长连杆第二端固定连接; 同时, 第一支撑杆、 第二支撑杆将纵向钢丝拉开, 形成网板。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种钢丝挂钩式网板, 其特征在于: 所述的第一 长连杆、 第二长连杆的截面为圆形、 方形或其它几何形状。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种钢丝挂钩式网板, 其特征在于: 所述的 第一长连杆上的第一插孔位于壁体的外侧;第二长连杆上的第二插孔位于壁体的 外侧。'
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种钢丝挂钩式网板, 其特征在于: 所述的 纵向钢丝,其两端折钩为钢丝末端体弯折 180度所构成,其折钩与纵向钢丝体之 间的过渡段与长连杆的截面形状相适配。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种钢丝挂钩式网板, 其特征在于: 所述的支撑 杆截面为圆形、 方形或其它几何形状。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种钢丝挂钩式网板, 其特征在于: 所述的第一 长连管为 L形管, 其短边为第一支撑杆; 所述的第二长连管为 L形管, 其短边为 第二支撑杆, 两根 L形长连管对接形成框架。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种钢丝挂钩式网板, 其特征在于: 所述的第一 长连杆为 U形管,其两平行边分别为第一支撑杆和第二支撑杆;第二长连杆为一 直杆, 固定连接在第一长连杆的 U形开处, 形成框架。
8、 一种钢丝挂钩式网板, 其特征在于: 至少包括
第一长连杆, 其壁体的轴向方向设有一排第一插孔;
第二长连杆, 其壁体的轴向方向设有一排第二插孔; 若干根纵向钢丝,两端均设有折钩,第一端包覆于第一长连杆外侧插入第一 插孔, 形成卡接; 第二端包覆于第二长连杆外侧插入第二插孔, 形成卡接; 第一支撑杆, 其壁体的轴向方向设有一排第三插孔;
第二支撑杆, 其壁体的轴向方向设有一排第四插孔;
若干根横向钢丝,两端均设有折钩,第一端包覆于第一支撑杆外侧插入第三 插孔, 形成卡接; 第二端包覆于第二支撑杆外侧插入第四插孔, 形成卡接; 第一支撑杆的两端分别与第一长连杆第一端、 第二长连杆第一端固定连接, 第二支撑杆的两端分别与第一长连杆第二端、第二长连杆第二端固定连接;同时, 将纵向钢丝拉开, 形成网板。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的一种钢丝挂钩式网板, 其特征在于: 所述的纵、 橫向钢丝的交合处固定或部分固定连接形成网板。
10、根据权利要求 8所述的一种钢丝挂钩式网板, 其特征在于: 所述的横向 钢丝,其两端折钩为钢丝末端体弯折 180度所构成,其折钩与纵向钢丝体之间的 过渡段为与长连杆的截面形状相适配。
11、根据权利要求 8所述的一种钢丝挂钩式网板, 其特征在于: 所述的纵向 钢丝,其两端折钩为钢丝末端体弯折 180度所构成,其折钩与纵向钢丝体之间的 过渡段与长连杆的截面形状相适配。
12、根据权利要求 8所述的一种钢丝挂钩式网板, 其特征在于: 所述的第一 支撑杆、 第二支撑杆截面为圆形、 方形或其它几何形状。
13、根据权利要求 8所述的一种钢丝挂钩式网板, 其特征在于: 所述的第一 长连杆、 第二长连杆的截面为圆形、 方形或其它几何形状。
