CONNECTOR FOR PIPE STRUCTURE
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a pipe structure such as a holder used
for an architecture, engineering work, etc., and in particular to a pipe connector
capable of stably and simply assembling a pipe structure.
Background Art
In a conventional art, welding, binding and assembling methods are
used when building a certain structure using pipes. The welding method needs
much time, work and cost. A disassembling procedure is difficult. The binding
method is not stable. In addition, in the assembling method, it is simple but is
not stable.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a
connector for a pipe structure which overcomes the problems encountered in a
conventional art. It is another object of the present invention to provide a
connector which is formed in a hollow polyhedron having a plurality of surfaces
each having a concave hole for inserting a pipe thereinto, and a hole formed in
a center of the same for an engagement with a bolt. A pipe having both ends
closed and a female thread therein is stably assembled for thereby building a
stable pipe structure. It is further another object of the present invention to
provide a connector for a pipe structure capable of building various pipe
structures based on its purpose using a connector having slanted surfaces.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
The present invention relates to a connector capable of building a
structure having various shapes based on its purpose of use such as a holder
for an architecture, engineering work, etc. In the present invention, it is possible
to fabricate a stable structure having various shapes using a pipe structure.
Figure 1 is a perspective view illustrating a hollow polyhedron which has
one opened side and is adapted as a connector and has multiple sides each
having a concave hole 2 for inserting a pipe 4 thereinto, and a hole 3 formed in
a center portion for an engagement with a bolt according to the present
invention. Using the above connector, it is possible to assemble a pipe frame
such as a bridge holder, a step, a ladder, a house, etc.
Figure 2 is a perspective view illustrating the construction that a bolt is
inserted into a connector according to the present invention.
Figure 3 is a perspective view illustrating the construction that a pipe is
assembled to a connector according to the present invention. In the above
construction, a pipe 4 having both sides closed and a female thread hole 5
formed in a center of the same is assembled to a pipe connector according to
the present invention.
Figure 4 is a perspective view illustrating a pipe structure in which a
frame of a holder is assembled using a pipe connector according to the present
invention.
Figure 5 is a perspective view illustrating a polyhedron as a connector in
which one surface is slanted according to the present invention. In the above
construction, it is possible to assemble a frame of a blind or house using a pipe
as a connector.
Figure 6 is a perspective view illustrating a polyhedron as a connector in
which two surfaces are slanted according to the present invention. In the above
construction, it is possible to assemble a frame of a house, greenhouse, etc.
using a pipe as a connector.
Figure 7 is a perspective view illustrating a polyhedron as a connector in
which three surfaces are slanted according to the present invention. In the
above construction, it is possible to assemble a frame of a greenhouse, a roof
of a house, etc. using a pipe as a connector.
Figure 8 is a perspective view illustrating a polyhedron as a connector in
which four surfaces are slanted according to the present invention. In the above
construction, it is possible to assemble a frame of a simple tent house, etc.
using a pipe as a connector.
As described above, in the present invention, it is possible to quickly and
stably assemble a frame for a bridge, ladder, house, tent, etc. using a pipe
connector according to the present invention.
