Abstract

The present invention is a fuel oil composition consisting essentially of a #1 grade fuel oil or a #2 grade fuel oil and a #6 grade fuel oil. Kerosene and jet fuel are examples of #1 grade fuel oils that are contemplated. #2 oil and #6 oil are examples of a #2 grade fuel oil and a #6 grade fuel oil that are contemplated, respectively. The inventive compositions produce a fuel oil that achieves a heating value that is greater than a #2 grade fuel oil by itself.
