Abstract

A dissolved air flotation system (1) and method for purifying water. The system (1) includes a flocculation tank (4), a flotation tank (2), and a collector pan (21) for receiving floats from the flotation tank (2) via a skimmer assembly (6). The system (1) is self-contained within a standard shipping container (40), with all components disposed in-line.
