Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé ayant trait à la gestion et à la sécurité de ressources téléphoniques, permettant de surveiller et/ou commander des appels entrants et sortants, entre les stations-utilisateur final d'une entreprise et un réseau public à commutation de circuits et/ou un réseau public à commutation de paquets. Une politique de sécurité est constituée d'une ou de plusieurs règles désignant au moins une action à exécuter, en fonction d'au moins une caractéristique de l'appel entrant ou sortant. Les appels sont détectés et captés sur la ligne, la jonction et/ou le câblage, et analysés pour déterminer les caractéristiques associées à chaque appel. Des actions sont exécutées en fonction des caractéristiques déterminées, conformément aux règles de ladite politique de sécurité.
