Abstract

L'invention porte sur un outil de transfert de liquides comprenant une aiguille capillaire céramique percée d'un canal capillaire s'étendant sur toute sa longueur, et un porte-aiguille consistant en un manche métallique allongé dont l'extrémité distale permet de saisir l'extrémité proximale de l'aiguille, dont l'extrémité proximale comporte un renflement, et qui est percé d'un évent radial communiquant avec le canal capillaire de l'aiguille. L'invention porte également sur une technique de nettoyage d'un outil de transfert de liquides comprenant un ensemble d'aiguilles capillaires de transfert de volumes donnés de liquides entre leur extrémité et un substrat. Ladite technique consiste à insérer les extrémités des aiguilles dans autant de lamages reliés à une pompe à vide et munis chacun d'un joint d'un diamètre extérieur inférieur à celui du lamage et placé à sa base de manière à permettre un déplacement radial de l'aiguille compensant les défauts d'alignement entre les aiguilles et les axes des lamages, tout en assurant une bonne étanchéité entre les lamages et leurs aiguilles respectives.
