Abstract

L'invention a trait à un fragment d'ADN sensiblement pur et isolé comprenant une séquence nucléotidique sélectionnée parmi les SEQ ID NO 1 à 50, et à un fragment d'ADN sensiblement pur et isolé comprenant une séquence nucléotidique sélectionnée parmi les SEQ ID NO 51 et 52. L'invention se rapporte également à des procédés permettant de détecter la surexpression des gènes variables (T) du récepteur des lymphocytes T, et à des procédés permettant de détecter un état pathologique associé aux lymphocytes T et de contrôler les répertoires immunologiques de lymphocytes T dans une affection clinique.
