Description

MATERIALS FOR WAIST MEMBER OF PANTS
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to waistband material of pants, and more particularly, to a waistband material of pants which can prevent the pants from sliding down as a belt inserted at upper portion of the pants is tightened.
BACKGROUND ART
Recently, the inside panel and the outer panels of pants are made of various woven materials including synthetic fiber. As developing the materials for clothing, the styles of a traditional garment are variously designed.
In general, a belt is positioned at the waistband to tighten, thereby preventing the pants from sliding down. Since the pants are sold to a consumer with its predetermined waistband size, the consumer often must repair the waistband size of the pants to his/her waist size.
In order to resolve the problem of repairing the pants size and consuming the cost therefor, a flexible size pants is disclosed in the Korean Utility Model, Registration No. 20-0208667.
As shown in Figure 1 , the prior art waistband material includes a waistband 100 of a pants in which a belt is inserted into a plurality of belt holding loops. The lower portion of the waistband 100 is sewn to the top portion of the pant leg panel formed pocket 30.
The waistband panel 100 includes a moveable waistband 10 of front panel of the pants and a fixable waistband panel of rear panel of the pants. A sliding band 12 is extended at the rear panel of the moveable waistband panel 10 so that the rear panel of the moveable waistband panel 10 slides within the inside of the fixable waistband 20. Therefore, the sliding band 12 is sliding within the operation space of the inside of the fixable waistband 20.
The lower portion of the sliding band 12 is separated from the pant leg panel 200. The rear end of the sliding band 12 is sewn to one end of a waist size elastic member 14. The other end of the waist size elastic member 14 is sewn to one end of the fixable waistband 20 in the inside of the operation space 22.
Both ends of the waist size elastic member 14 are sewn to elastic limiting bands so that it limits the length of the waist size elastic member 14. A center of a guiding band 24 is positioned at one of the sling band 12 so that it guides the sliding band 12, the waist size elastic member 14 and the elastic liming member 14 to smoothly move.
A stay 18 is formed in the inside of the moveable waistband 10 to maintain complete appearances of the moveable waistband 10 and the sliding band 12. The lower portions of the moveable waistband 10 and the fixable waistband 20 are sewn to the upper portion of the pant leg panel 200. Also, the upper portion of the pant leg panel 200 is sewn to the inside panel 34 and an outer side panel 32 of the pocket.
The upper portion of the outside panel 32 positioned in the inside of the pocket 30 is sewn to the lower portion of the waistband 100 together with the upper portion of the pant leg panel 200. But the inside panel 34 is separated from the pant leg panel 200 with a predetermined length from the end portion of the fixable waistband 20 toward the front of the pants 1 , or a length that the sliding band 12 is extended when sliding. Also, a pocket elastic member 36 is sewn at the upper portion of the pocket around waist. The inside panel 34 of the pocket is separated from the outer panel 32 of the pocket. The upper portion of the inside panel 34 is connected to the pocket elastic member 36. The upper portion of the inside panel is sewn to one side end of a supporting elastic member 38. The other end of the supporting elastic member 38 is sewn to the upper portion of the inside of the moveable waistband 10 and fixed to the inside of the waistband 100.
A supplementary cloth 40 is sewn to the moveable waistband 10 and the fixable waistband 20 which directly contact to user's waist. But the supplementary cloth 40 is cut off the front and rear portions of the end portions of the fixable waistband 20 with respect to the end portion with a predetermined distance. After cutting off, the supplementary elastic member 42 is sewn to both ends thereof.
The operation of the prior art flexible size pants will be explained below:
The moveable waistband 10 of the flexible size pants 1 is properly adjusted regardless of the user's waist size change even when the user's waist size is increased.
Namely, an exceeding length of user's waist size applying to the moveable waistband 10 makes the sliding band 12 positioned at the operation space 22 of the fixable waistband 20 pull toward the front of the pants 1 , thereby the waist size elastic member 14 sewn at the end of the sling band 12 is extended to the front side of the pants with a predetermined length.
As the pocket elastic member 36 of the upper end of the inside panel 34 of the pocket is extended as much as the length that the waist size elastic member is extended to the front of the pants, the inside panel 34 of the pants is also extended to the front of the pants 1. Also, the supplementary elastic member 42 is extended as much as the length the waist size elastic member is extended. Therefore, the flexible size pants does not tighten the user's waist.
If the user's waist is increased with a relatively larger, the expansion of the waist size elastic member 14 is limited by the elastic limiting band sewn to both ends of the waist size elastic member 14. Then, the user must buy another pants larger than his/her currently wearing pants. Here, the waist size elastic member 14 of the end of the sliding band 12 is elastic from the fixable waistband 20.
The prior art pants 1 allow the user's waist to increase within 3 to 4 inches without pressuring his or her waist. But the prior art flexible size pants is complicated in its structure such that it is very difficult to sew the cloth materials. Therefore it has disadvantages in that it makes the fabrication be worse and decrease the productivity.
Also the prior art flexible size pants has disadvantages in that, as the pocket elastic member 36 is elastic, creases are generated on the inside panel 34, the outer panel 32 and the pant leg panels corresponding thereto such that its appearance makes worse.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Therefore in order to solve the conventional problems, the present invention is to provide waistband materials of pants having a simple structure such that it can be easily fabricated, improve its productivity, and exclude creases or wrinkles even if the waist size of the pants is elastic.
In order to achieve the above object, there is provided a waistband material of pants, comprising: pant leg panel (6) formed by sewing left and right sides of front and rear panels (2) (4), upper portions of the left and right sides of the front and rear panels are sewn in a form of partially cleave; pocket panel (16) sewn to be expanded on the cleaves of the left and right sides of the front and rear panel (2) (4) forming the pant leg panel (6), wherein upper portion of the front panel (12) forming the pocket panel (16) is sewn to upper portion of the left and right side front panel (2) of the pant leg panel (6); first waistband outer panels (26), each of which is sewn to upper portion of the left and right side rear panel 4 of the pant leg panel (6); second waistband outer panel (24) expanded to the first waistband panel (26), a central hole (H1) is formed between the first waistband panel (26) and the second waistband panel (24), and end hole (H2) is formed at its end; wherein the upper portion of the rear panel (14) of the pocket panel (16) is sewn to lower portion of the waistband outer panels (24) (26) sewn to be expanded to the upper portion of the left and right side rear panel of the pant leg panel (6); first waistband inside panel (34) sewn to be expanded to the first waistband outer panel (26) and the second waistband outer panel (24) as a state penetrated so that end penetrating hole (H2) of the first waistband outer panel (26) and the second waistband outer panel (24) are corresponded each other; third waistband outer panel (22) sewn to the upper portion of the front panel (12) forming the upper portion of the left and right side front panel (2) and the pocket panel (16) of the pant leg panel with separating from the first and second waistband panels (24) (26); second waistband inside panel (32) sewn to be expanded to the third waistband outer panel (22); outside elastic members (44), each of both ends of the outside elastic members is expandably sewn to the first waistband inside panel (34) and the third waistband outer panel (22) with penetrating the central hole (H1); and inside elastic members (42), each of both ends of the inside elastic members is sewn to be expanded to the first waistband inside panel (34) and the second waistband inside panel (32) with penetrating the end hole (H2).
Preferably, the outside elastic member (44) puts rubber band (46) expanded from the first waistband inside panel (34) into contact with outer member 48 expanded from a gap between the third waistband outer panel (22) and the second waistband inside panel (32), so that it can expand.
