Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour réaliser des pièces moulées par injection, notamment des préformes (12), la matière en fusion liquide étant prise en charge directement par un dispositif de production chimique (1) et alimentant une machine de moulage par injection (13) en continu. Lorsqu'il s'agit d'une matière en fusion qui se trouve dans un état dégazé prêt à l'injection, le flux continu de matière en fusion alimente par exemple au moins deux cylindres d'injection (21, 22) comprenant des pistons d'injection (24, 25) commandés ou régulés qui servent à mettre en oeuvre le cycle d'injection de façon symétrique par rapport au temps de chargement desdits cylindres. Le flux continu de matière en fusion est dégazé côté machine jusqu'à ce que le niveau de dégazage nécessaire soit atteint, par ex. dans une extrudeuse de dégazage, une vis sans fin de dégazage (60, 81) ou un pré-accumulateur (21, 22, 62, 90). Le dispositif permet la réalisation de pièces moulées par injection, en particulier de préformes (12), la matière en fusion liquide étant prise en charge directement par un dispositif de production chimique (1) et pouvant alimenter une machine de moulage par injection (3) en continu, pour permettre la réalisation cyclique de pièces moulées par injection dans des moules de moulage par injection.
