Description

灯具支架 技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯具支架, 具体地说是涉及一种用于照明的灯具支架。 背景技术
现有的灯具支架的结构基本上是把日光灯固定在一块弧形的金属片中, 或 者是在日光灯的两侧各安装一块金属片, 使用以上技术的产品比仅用日光灯照 明提高了一定的亮度, 但效果不很显著。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的灯具支架存在的灯具支架亮度提高不显著而提 供一种亮度效果好、 节能、 结构简单的灯具支架。
为达到上述目的, 本发明提供一种包括反光板 2、外壳 1、反光板固定支架 3、 日光灯 4、 透光板 5、 防水圈 6组成的灯具支架。 该支架的反光板由一种多 面镜面反射板组成,呈五棱柱展开图形 \^_ 或呈七棱柱展开图形 形状。 反光板 2可以做成单个或者多联, 固定在反光板固定支架 3上。 透光板 5直接安装在外壳 1上, 透光板 5与外壳 1之间由防水圈 6密封。
当用作路灯时, 整个灯具有管状悬臂 8支撑, 灯具通过管子螺母 7与管状 悬臂 8连接。
采用本 ^:明的技术方案, 有以下优点: 当日光灯置于反光板前的特定位置 时, 灯管中线所发射的光线照射到反光板的中点时, 被反射到灯具支架的正前 方, 当入射光线照射到该面的边缘时, 反射光与正前方形成一个夹角, 在该夹 角内, 反光板的反射光通量相当于一支日光灯的光通量, 日光灯正背后的反光 板的反射光通量在一定夹角内相当于二分之一支日光灯的光通量, 所以整个灯 具支架的光通量为: n(m+l/2)L (其中 n是反光板的联数, m是反光板的面数, L是单支日光灯的光通量)。

具体实施方式
如图 1所示的一种灯具支架的常规连接结构, 该支架有一外壳 1, 该外壳 的内面有两条反光板固定支架 3、 V , 五面反光板或七面反光板 2排列固定在 反光板固定支架 3、 V 上, 透光板 5直接安装在外壳 1上, 透光板 5与外壳 1 之间由一防水圈 6密封。 灯管 4两端的灯管座紧压反光板 2并固定在支架上, 保证灯管 4与反光板 2之间的相对位置。
作为本发明的另一个实施例, 当本发明用作路灯时, 在外壳 1的一端开一 个口, 用悬臂 8支撑整个灯具支架, 灯具支架通过管子螺母 7与管状悬臂 8连 接。
如图 2所示,灯管中线所发出的入射光线照射到反光板的某一面的中点时, 被反射到灯具支架的正前方, 当入射光照射到该面的边缘时, 反射光与正前方 形成一个夹角,在该夹角内,反光板的反射光通量相当于一支日光灯的光通量, 日光灯正背后的反光板的反射光通量在一定夹角内相当于二分之一支日光灯的 光通量, 所以整个灯具支架的光通量为: n(m+l/2)L,
其中, n是反光板的联数,
m是反光板的面数,
L是单支日光灯的光通量。
另外由于反光板通过反光板支架直接固定在支架上, 达到固定和散热的目 的。 日光灯的灯座紧压反光板固定在支架上, 保证了灯管与反光板之间的相对 位置。

Claims

权利要求书
1、一种灯具支架: 包括反光板(2)、 反光板固定支架(3)、 外壳(1 )、 日 光灯 (4)、 透明板 (5)、 防水圈 (6), 其特征是, 所述反光板由一种多面镜面 反光板组成, 呈五棱柱展形图形 或呈七棱柱展形图形 结 构, 当日光灯置于反光板前的特定位置时, 灯管中线所发射光线照射到反光板 的某一面的中点时, 被反射到灯具支架的正前方; 当入射光照射到该面的边缘 时, 反射光与正前方形成一个夹角, 在该夹角内, 反光板的反射光通量相当于 一支灯管的光通量; 日光灯正背后的反光板的反射光通量在一定夹角内相当于 二分之一支灯管的光通量; 所以整个灯具支架的光通量为: n(m+l/2)L (其中 n 是反光板的联数, m是反光板的面数, L是单支日光灯的光通量)。
2、 根据权利要求 υ所述的一种灯具支架, 其特征是, 反光板 (2)做成一 · 联或多联, 固定在反光板固定支架(3 ) 上; 反光板 (2)通过反光板固定支架'

3、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种灯具支架, 其特征是, 透光板 (5 )直接安 装在外壳 (1 ) 上, 两者之间由防水圈 (6)密封。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的一种灯具支架,其特征是,当该支架用作路灯时, : 整个灯具由管状悬臂 (8)支撑, 灯具支架通过管子螺母(7) 与管状悬臂 (8) 连接。
