Abstract

Para la contención de productos muy concretos existen balsas que presentan una parte dispuesta dentro de la parte restante con la embocadura dispuesta interiormente, y presentan medios antirretorno para impedir su vaciado, siendo sus aplicaciones muy limitadas. La balsa perfeccionada de la invención puede estar constituida de cualquier material y permite multiples aplicaciones para la contención de materias diversas de cualquier tipo, naturaleza y estado fisico, como materias fluidas, especialmente liquidas, pastosas, gelatinosas, en polvo, granuladas, sólidas, semisólidas y similares. En caso conveniente, la balsa presenta unas lineas perforadas de trepado o rasgado para facilitar la rotura para un vaciado rápido de su contenido, medios de cierre permanente/temporal, y define una solapa en una parte del borde de la boca abatible sabre la parte restante del mismo.

Description

DESCRIPCIÓN
Bolsa perfeccionada.
La presente invención tiene por objeto una bolsa perfeccionada.
Uno de los solicitantes es titular del Modelo de Utilidad n° U 200101781 que tiene por objeto una bolsa higiénica para contención de orina, que está constituida a base de material plástico, flexible, resistente, impermeable y transparente, y estructuradas de manera que una parte está introducida al menos parcialmente dentro de sí misma con la embocadura dispuesta interiormente, la cual está abierta al menos parcialmente para permitir el paso hacia el fondo de la bolsa, de la orina recogida e impedir su vaciado involuntario, y completándose con medios de cierre para facilitar su transporte.
La bolsa objeto del modelo de utilidad citado elimina los inconvenientes existentes hasta el momento de lo conocido anteriormente, aporta notables ventajas, y facilita la evacuación de orina.
Los solicitantes han realizado una serie de experimentos y pruebas con la bolsa flexible objeto del modelo de utilidad citado, y han llegado a la conclusión de que dicha bolsa debido a su naturaleza, como consecuencia principalmente de que dicha bolsa presenta una serie de limitaciones.
Dichas limitaciones en su utilización o aplicación de la bolsa objeto del citado modelo anterior, han sido eliminadas mediante la presente invención que tiene por objeto una bolsa perfeccionada que permite múltiples aplicaciones .
La bolsa perfeccionada de la presente invención mejora ostensiblemente la bolsa objeto del modelo anterior ya que puede estar constituida de cualquier material conveniente y permite múltiples aplicaciones o usos para la contención de materias diversas.
De conformidad con lo anterior, un objeto de la bolsa perfeccionada de la invención permite su aplicación o uso para la contención de materias diversas de cualquier tipo, naturaleza y estado físico, ya sean de naturaleza fluida, especialmente líquidas, de la orina, pastosas, en polvo, granuladas de cualquier granulomet ía, sólidas, semisólidas y similares.
Otro objeto de la presente invención, es la mejora de las características de la bolsa perfeccionada, y que se refiere a que la boca de la bolsa presenta eventualmente en al menos una parte de la misma líneas perforadas que facilitan la rotura al menos parcial de la misma para vaciar, en forma rápida, al menos parcialmente el contenido de la bolsa.
Asimismo, los medios de cierre de la bolsa consisten eventualmente en una cinta adhesiva que permite el cierre permanente de la bolsa, y en su caso, el cierre temporal para su cierre y apertura posterior.
Según la invención, al menos una parte del borde de la boca de la bolsa sobresale eventualmente del resto formando una solapa para su doblado sobre el borde restante, favoreciendo el cierre de la bolsa.
La bolsa perfeccionada de la invención muestra una configuración cuya porción intermedia presenta eventualmente menor sección que los extremos, favoreciendo la apertura de la boca para su llenado mediante la aplicación de una presión sobre los laterales hacia la parte central .
Estas y otras características se desprenderán mejor de la descripción detallada que sigue, para facilitar la cual se acompaña de una lámina de dibujos en la que se ha representado un caso práctico de realización que se cita solamente a título de ejemplo no limitativo del alcance de la presente invención.
En los dibujos: La figura 1 es una vista en alzado de la bolsa perfeccionada objeto de la presente invención.
La figura 2 es una vista en sección longitudinal considerada por el plano II-II de la figura 1.
Las figuras 3, 4 y 5 son sendas vistas fragmentadas ilustrando la boca de la bolsa perfeccionada mostrando la bolsa de la figura 4 una solapa.
La figura 6 es una vista en alzado de la bolsa perfeccionada mostrando una configuración para una aplicación específica.
De conformidad con los dibujos, la bolsa perfeccionada objeto de la presente invención consiste en un conjunto de bolsa con la referencia general -1-, constituida a base de cualquier material, que comprende una primera parte -la- dispuesta dentro de una segunda parte -Ib- de mayor tamaño, y que de preferencia presentan una configuración alargada y preferentemente rectangular, presentando la embocadura -E- de la primera parte dispuesta interiormente y separada del fondo -F- de la bolsa perfeccionada -1-.. Entre ambas primera y segunda partes -la-, -Ib- interior y exterior, respectivamente, de la bolsa perfeccionada -1-, definen la boca -B- del conjunto de bolsa perfeccionada -1-.
La embocadura -E- puede estar abierta total o parcialmente, de modo que puede presentar una abertura total o una o varias secciones para la entrada del producto a contener, en cuyo caso dicha embocadura puede presentar líneas de precorte o taladrado o bien línea de perforaciones o microperforaciones dispuestas en línea o al tresbolillo, que correspondería a una abertura parcial de la embocadura, y de manera que tales líneas de taladros o similares facilitarían la apertura por rotura de la parte que interese de la citada embocadura para facilitar su llenado de la materia a contener.
La embocadura -E- de la bolsa perfeccionada -1- en combinación con la propia primera parte interior -la- y la segunda parte mayor exterior -Ib- de la bolsa perfeccionada en cuestión, definen unos medios antirretorno para impedir el vaciado de la citada bolsa perfeccionada. Dichos medios antirretorno serían eficaces tanto en líquidos o semilíquidos como en productos o materias en polvo o similares, y por supuesto en los que son de tipo pastoso o sólido y similares .
El objeto principal de la invención consiste en la aplicación o uso de la bolsa perfeccionada -1- que permite la contención de materias diversas de cualquier tipo, naturaleza y estado físico, como materias fluidas, especialmente líquidas, pastosas, gelatinosas, en polvo, granuladas, sólidas, semisólidas y similares. Según la invención, la bolsa perfeccionada -1- puede presentar en la boca -B- unas líneas de precorte -C-, esencialmente similares a las citadas anteriormente para la embocadura -E- , en forma de precorte, trepado, perforado, microperforado, etc., que facilitan el rasgado de la boca -B- total o parcialmente, afectando especialmente la segunda parte exterior -Ib-, para facilitar el posterior vaciado rápido del contenido total o parcialmente cuando convenga. Dichas líneas de precorte -C- pueden estar dispuestas a lo largo de toda la boca -B- como se ilustra en la figura -3-, o solo en una parte de la citada boca -B- como se ilustra en la figura 4. Asimismo, la boca -B- de la bolsa puede ser lisa sin presentar las citadas líneas de rasgado y similares, tal y como se ilustra en la figura 5. La presente invención prevé que la boca -B- de la bolsa forme un a modo de solapa -SO-, como se ilustra en las figuras 1, 2 y 4 que permiten el doblado y solapado de la parte de borde sobresaliente -SO- sobre el restante borde opuesto complementario, aplicándose contra la cinta adhesiva -A- prevista en dicho borde restante y enfrentado, desprendiendo previamente para ello la lámina protectora de origen y desprendible aplicada de origen sobre la superficie adhesiva correspondiente constitutiva de dicha cinta adhesiva, favoreciendo con ello el cierre de la bolsa.
De igual modo, la bolsa perfeccionada -1- de la invención prevé que todo el borde de la boca -B- esté enrasado sin formar solapa, como se ilustra en las figuras 3, 5 y 6.
La bolsa perfeccionada -1- presenta como medios de cierre la citada cinta adhesiva -A- , la cual proporciona una total seguridad de cierre, preferentemente hermético, especialmente para determinadas aplicaciones de contención de productos de tipo líquido.
Según la invención, dicha cinta adhesiva -A- puede ser del tipo de adherencia removible, es decir, que la bolsa se puede cerrar y reabrir para la introducción, y en su caso, vaciado del producto a contener, cuantas veces se desee, o de adherencia permanente, de manera que la bolsa queda precintada, inviolable, y sin que se pueda abrir.
Según la invención, la bolsa perfeccionada -1- presenta cualquier configuración conveniente de acuerdo con la aplicación concreta a la que está destinada, así puede presentar una forma esencialmente rectangular plana como se ilustra en las figuras o cualquier otra configuración, o a modo de saco, envase, recipiente, u otro. Para unas aplicaciones concretas especiales, la bolsa perfeccionada -1- de la invención puede ser plana, rectangular y presentar un estrechamiento -ES- en la porción intermedia. Dicho estrechamiento facilita la apertura de la boca -B- para el llenado, recogida o introducción del producto, especialmente líquido a contener.
La bolsa perfeccionada -1- de la presente invención puede estar constituida a base de cualquier material, como se ha indicado, ya sea de naturaleza plástica, celulósica, animal, vegetal, mineral, metálico, y mezclas o aleación de varios de ellos, pudiendo ser flexible o rígida de conformidad con la aplicación concreta.
La citada bolsa perfeccionada -1- puede ser monopieza introduciendo simplemente una parte dentro de la otra manteniendo en posición ambas partes por medios de unión convencionales conocidos, o bien puede estar constituida a base de varias piezas laminares o de cualquier superficie tridimensional unidas entre sí por medios de unión convencionales conocidos como pueden ser termosellado, termofusión, soldadura, fusión, pegado y otros.
Asimismo, el material constitutivo de la bolsa perfeccionada -1- puede ser cualquier conveniente ya sea transparente, que permite ver el interior de la bolsa, translúcido, de cualquier color o combinación de varios, o bien opaco cuando convenga por cualquier razón, por ejemplo, cuando el contenido de la bolsa requiere la protección de la luz u otros . Según la aplicación, dicho material puede presentar el grosor conveniente. Del mismo modo, la bolsa perfeccionada -l- puede estar provista de cualquier impresión conveniente para proporcionar a la bolsa unas señales o marcas -M- que indican la cantidad de producto contenido, indicando cada una de ellas en forma correlativa distintas capacidades de contenido, recuadros -L- con leyendas indicativas del producto, y otras indicaciones convenientes . Dicha impresión se puede realizar mediante cualquier procedimiento conocido ya sea mediante litografía, tipografía, flexografia, offset, huecograbado, láser, escáner, serigrafía, etc . , y presentando uno o varios colores y en una o en ambas caras o zonas de la superficie de la bolsa.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1.- Bolsa perfeccionada, del tipo que define una bolsa que presenta una primera parte de la misma introducida dentro de una segunda parte con la embocadura dispuesta interiormente, definiendo entre ambas partes la boca del conjunto de bolsa, y cuya embocadura en combinación con la parte introducida definen medios antirretorno para impedir su vaciado, caracterizada porque permite su aplicación a la contención de materias diversas de cualquier tipo, naturaleza y estado físico, como materias fluidas, especialmente líquidas, pastosas, gelatinosas, en polvo, granuladas, sólidas, semisólidas y similares.
2.- Bolsa perfeccionada, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la boca de la bolsa presenta eventualmente en al menos una parte de la misma líneas perforadas que facilitan la rotura al menos parcial de la misma para vaciar, en forma rápida, al menos parcialmente el contenido de la bolsa.
3. - Bolsa perfeccionada, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque eventualmente incorpora medios de cierre que consisten en una cinta adhesiva protegida de origen que permite el cierre permanente de la bolsa, y en su caso, el cierre temporal para su cierre y apertura posterior.
4.- Bolsa perfeccionada, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque al menos una parte del borde de la boca de la bolsa sobresale eventualmente del resto formando una solapa para su doblado sobre el borde restante, favoreciendo el cierre de la bolsa.
5.- Bolsa perfeccionada, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la porción intermedia de la bolsa presenta eventualmente menor sección que los extremos, favoreciendo la apertura de la boca para su llenado mediante la aplicación de una presión sobre los laterales hacia la parte central.
