Abstract

Une pompe à fluide comprend un piston disposé à l'intérieur d'un compartiment et délimitant une chambre de chargement de fluide sur un côté du piston et une chambre de pompage de fluide sur le côté opposé du piston. Le piston comprend une ouverture traversante assurant la communication entre les chambres. Une soupape unidirectionnelle montée sur le piston ferme efficacement l'ouverture dans le piston pendant la course de pompage à l'aller et rouvre cette ouverture pendant la course de retour. D'autres soupapes servent à ouvrir l'orifice d'entrée par rapport à la chambre de chargement de fluide pendant la course de pompage à l'aller, à refermer l'orifice par rapport à la chambre de chargement de fluide pendant la course de retour, à ouvrir l'orifice de sortie par rapport à la chambre de pompage de fluide pendant la course de pompage à l'aller et à fermer la sortie par rapport à la chambre de pompage de fluide pendant la course de retour. Tout le système est monté de façon que pendant la course de retour le fluide sous pression s'écoule depuis la chambre de chargement de fluide à travers l'ouverture dans le piston pour créer une surpression dans la chambre de pompage de fluide avant le début de la course de pompage à l'aller.
