Abstract

The use of vibrational water, optionally admixed with a smoke point raising additive, is described for use as of fuel conditioner, and also as a solvent and detergent. Vibrational water is essentially pure water that has undergone a treatment process whereby the clusters of water molecules that exist naturally in water are reduced in size. This results in a aqueous ionic solution which exhibits differing physical properties to naturally occurring water.
