Abstract

An adaptor (10) for mounting an accessory to a vehicle includes a vehicle mounting bracket (12) and an accessory receiver arm (32) projecting from the vehicle mounting bracket (12). The receiver arm includes a mating end (34) extending upwardly at an included angle of from about 1 to about 89 degrees relative to a horizontal plane when mounted to a vehicle.
