Abstract

The invention relates to technology for recycling environmental toxicants, mainly chemical weapons (toxic substances), pesticides and the hydrolysis products thereof. The inventive method makes it possible to destroy the toxic substances, pesticides and the hydrolysates thereof associated with a subsequent biodegradation of thus obtained products and can be used for a large range of environmental toxicants. Said method can be also used for rehabilitation of lands and objects contaminated by toxic substances and pesticides. In the inventive variants, the inventive agent for chemical neutralisation of the toxic substances, pesticides and the hydrolysates thereof is embodied in the form of an amino-acid agent. The chemical neutralisation of the toxicity of the environmental toxicants is carried out by the use of said amino acid agent containing an amine acid or a mixture of aminoacids and peptides, or the derivatives thereof, or the mixture thereof in a water or water-organic medium. Said agent can be also embodied in the form of products of hydrolysis of protein-containing industrial wastes.
