在上述本发明的方法中, AAA服务器根据 HSS/HLR是否成功注销 用户信息来确定是否命令 WLAN接入网与用户断开连接, 确保了 HSS/HLR信息的一致性和唯一性。 进一步地, 根据 OCS是否成功停止 计费来确定是否命令 WLAN接入网与用户断开连接, 只有在上述两个 条件同时成立时, WLAN 接入网才与用户断开, 因此不仅确保了 HSS/HLR信息的一致性和唯一性, 而且, 当根据用户认证通过与注销之 间的时间间隔来计算用户业务使用时长时不会出现上述计费错误。 附图简要说明

下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述。
如上所述, 本发明方法的核心思想是: 在 AAA服务器命令无线局 域网接入网与主动请求下线的用户断开之前, 必须确保归属签约用户服 务器 /归属位置寄存器注销该用户信息操作成功。
以下以 WLAN与 3GPP系统互通为例, 借助图 2、 图 3和 4描述当 WLAN用户主动请求下线, 即与 WLAN断开连接时的处理流程。 但是 应该理解的是, 本发明的方法还可以推广至 WLAN与其它移动通信网 互通时的用户主动下线处理过程, 只要在这样的移动通信系统中, HSS/HLR注销用户信息操作的成功, 能够确保 HSS/HLR注销下线用户 的信息。
WLAN接入网包括将用户设备 (UE)接入 WLAN的接入点 (AP)和对 接入呼叫进行路由控制的路由器, UE接入 AP 的技术标准可参考 IEEE802. i l标准, 此处不作详述。
在下述较佳实施例中, WLAN接入网与 3GPP系统内的 AAA服务 器之间通过 Wr和 Wb接口通信, 并且遵循 RADIUS/DIAMETER协议; AAA服务器与 HSS/HLR之间通过 Wx接口通信, 其采用 MAP 或 DIAMETER协议; AAA服务器与 OCS之间通过 Wo接口通信, 其采用 DIAMETER协议。 此外, 虽然图 1所示互通模型中未指明 HSS/HLR与 OCS之间的通信接口,但是在图 4和图 5所示较佳实施例中将涉及二者 之间的通信, 因此为其定义一个称为 Wz的接口, 该接口可采用 MAP、 RADIUS或 DIAMETER协议。
首先描述本发明第一个实施例。 参见图 2所示, 图 2为按照本发明 第一个实施例的 WLAN用户主动请求下线处理方法的流程图, 示出了 确保 HSS/HLR注销该用户信息操作成功的流程。 当 WLAN用户欲下线 时, 首先由 UE向 WLAN中的 AP发送 EAPOL-logoff消息, 请求断开 用户与 WLAN接入网的连接。 WLAN接入网接收到 EAPOL-logoff消息 后,通过 Wr/Wb接口向 3GPP网内的 AAA服务器发送该用户下线的请求 消息 Accounting- request/stop,该消息遵循 RADIUS或 DIAMETER协议。 在 C1点, AAA服务器接收到用户下线的通知消息后,通过 Wx接口向 HSS/HLR发送 Cancel Registration Request消息, 请求 HSS HLR注销该 用户在 HSS/HLR 内的信息, 该消息中包含标识用户永久身份的标识符 Permanent Identity和涉及用户请求下线原因的信息 Cause。
HSS/HLR在接收到的 Cancel Registration Request消息后 , 并不立即 注销用户信息, 而是经 Wx接口向 AAA服务器发送包含有标识用户永 久身份的标识符 Permanent Identity的 Cancel WLAN Registration消息, 确认是否应注销该用户的信息。 由于该用户的确已经通过 WLAN 向 AAA服务器发送该用户下线的通知消息, 所以 AAA服务器在接收到上 述 Cancel WLAN Registration消息之后, 经 Wx接口向 HSS/HLR返回 Cancel Registration ACK消息, 确认 HSS/HLR应注销该用户的信息。 HSS/HLR在接收到上述 Cancel Registration ACK消息后即将其内的用户 信息注销。
在 C3点, AAA 良务器在向 HSS/HLR返回 Cancel Registration ACK 消息后才向 WLAN 接入网发送返回用户下线请求的响应消息 Accounting-response , 命令其断开与该用户的连接, 而 WLAN接入网作 出响应, 立即断开其与该用户的连接。
上述 C1与 C2点之间, AAA服务器发起注销 HSS/HLR中用户信息 的方法还可以只包括两个步驟, 如图 3所示, 在 C1点, AAA服务器接 收到用户下线的通知消息后,通过 Wx接口向 HSS/HLR发送 Cancel Registration Request消息, 请求 HSS/HLR注销该用户在 HSS/HLR内的 及用户请求下线原因的信息 Cause; HSS/HLR 在接收到的 Cancel Registration Request消息后, 立即注销该用户信息; 注销操作完毕后, 向 AAA服务器返回 Cancel Registration ACK消息。
在下述较佳实施例中, 可以确保 HSS/HLR注销该用户信息操作成 功和 OCS停止对该用户计费操作成功后才使接入网与用户断开。以下描 述本发明的第二实施例。 如图 4所示, 当 WLAN用户欲下线时, 首先 由 UE向 WLAN 中的 AP发送 EAPOL-logoff 消息, 请求断开用户与 WLAN接入网的连接。 WLAN接入网接收到 EAPOL-logoff消息后,通过 Wr/Wb接口向 3GPP网内的 AAA服务器发送 Accounting-request/stop消 息,请求对该用户停止计费,该消息遵循 RADIUS或 DIAMETER协议。 在 C1点, AAA服务器接收到 Accounting-request/stop消息后,通过 Wo 接口向 OCS发送基于 DIAMETER协议的 Accounting-request/stop消息, 请求 OCS停止对该 WLAN用户的计费操作。
在 C2 点 , OCS 响应接收到 的来 自 AAA 服务器的 Accounting-request/sto 消息,按照预先确定的操作流程停止对该 WLAN 用户的计费操作。 当完成停止计费操作后, OCS经 Wz接口向 HSS/HLR 发送基于 MAP、 RADIUS 或 DIAMETER协议的 Cancel Registration Request消息, 请求 HSS/HLR注销该用户在 HSS/HLR内的信息, 该消 下线原因的信息 Cause。
HSS/HLR在接收到的 Cancel Registration Request消息后, 并不立即 注销用户信息, 而是经 Wx接口向 AAA服务器发送包含有标识用户永 久身份的标识符 Permanent Identity的 Cancel WLAN Registration消息, 确认是否应注销该用户的信息。 由于该用户的确已经通过 WLAN 向 AAA服务器请求停止计费, 所以 AAA服务器在接收到上述 Cancel WLAN Registration 消息之后经 Wx 接口向 HSS/HLR返回 Cancel Registration ACK消息, 确认 HSS/HLR应注销该用户的信息。 HSS/HLR 在接收到上述 Cancel Registration AC 消息后, 即将其内的用户信息注 销, 并向 OCS发送 Cancel Registration ACK消息, 通知 OCS用户信息 已经注销。
OCS在接收到来自 HSS/HLR的 Cancel Registration ACK消息之后即 向 AAA服务器发送 Accounting-response消息 , 确认对该用户的停止计 费操作和用户信息注销操作均成功完成。
在 C3点, AAA服务器接收到上述 Accounting-response消息后即向 WLAN接入网发送 Accounting-response消息,命令其断开与该用户的连 接, 而 WLAN接入网作出响应, 立即断开其与该用户的连接。
以下描述本发明第三实施例。如图 5所示,当 WLAN用户欲下线时, 首先由 UE向 WLAN中的 AP发送 EAPOL-logoff消息, 请求断开用户 与 WLAN接入网的连接。 WLAN接入网接收到 EAPOL-logoff消息后, 通 过 Wr/Wb 接 口 向 3GPP 网 内 的 AAA 服务 器发 送 Accounting-request/sto 消息, 请求对该用户停止计费, 该消息遵循 RADIUS或 DIAMETER协议。 在 CI点, AAA服务器接收到 Accomiting-request/stop消息后, 通过 Wo接口向 OCS发送 Accounting-request/stop消息, 请求 OCS停止对该 WLAN用户的计费操作。 在 C2点, OCS响应接收到的来自 AAA服务 器的 Accounting-request/stop 消息, 按照预先确定的操作流程停止对该 WLAN用户的计费操作。 当完成停止计费操作后, OCS经 o接口向 AAA服务器返回 Accounting-response消息, 指示成功完成停止计费操 作。
另一方面, AAA 服务器经 Wx接口向 HSS/HLR发送 Cancel Registration Request消息, 请求 HSS/HLR注销该用户在 HSS/HLR内的 信息, 该消息中包含标识用户永久身份的标识符 Permanent Identity和涉 及用户请求下线原因的信息 Cause。
HSS/HLR在接收到的 Cancel Registration Request消息后, 并不立即 注销用户信息, 而是经 Wx接口向 AAA服务器发送包含有标识用户永 久身份的标识符 Permanent Identity的 Cancel WLAN Registration消息, 确认是否应注销该用户的信息。 由于该用户的确已经通过 WLAN 向 AAA服务器请求停止计费, 所以 AAA服务器在接收到上述 Cancel WLAN Registration 消息之后, 经 Wx接口向 HSS/HLR返回 Cancel Registration ACK消息, 确认 HSS/HLR应注销该用户的信息。 HSS/HLR 在接收到上述 Cancel Registration ACK 消息后即将其内的用户信息注 销。
在 C3 点, AAA 服务器只有在接收到上迷来自 OCS 的 Accounting-response消息和向 HSS/HLR返回 Cancel Registration ACK消 息后才向 WLAN接入网发送 Accounting-response消息, 命令其断开与 该用户的连接, 而 WLAN接入网作出响应, 立即断开其与该用户的连 接。 值得指出的是, 在上述笫三个实施例中, 在图 5的 C1点与 C3点之 间 , AAA服务器在接收到来自 WLAN接入网的 Accounting-request/stop 消息后, 可以同时向 HSS/HLR和 OCS分别发送注销该 WLAN用户信 息的消息和停止该用户计费操作的消息; 也可以先向 HSS/HLR发送注 销该 WLAN用户信息的消息, 然后向 OCS发送停止该用户计费操作的 消息; 还可以先向 OCS 发送停止该用户计费操作的消息, 然后向 HSS/HLR发送注销该 WLAN用户信息的消息。 这些消息发送顺序的先 后对本发明没有实质性的影响,只要在 C3点确保 AAA服务器在接收到 OCS 返回的成功停止计费操作消息和向 HSS/HLR 返回 Cancel Registration ACK消息后才向 WLAN接入网发送 Accounting-response消 息即可。
此外, 在上述第三个实施例中, 注销 HSS/HLR的方法也可如图 3 所示的注销过程只包括两个步驟, 即, 在 C1点, AAA服务器接收到用 户下线的通知消息后,通过 Wx接口向 HSS/HLR发送 Cancel Registration Request消息, 请求 HSS/HLR注销该用户在 HSS/HLR内的信息, 该消 息中包含标识用户永久身份的标识符 Permanent Identity和涉及用户请求 下线原因的信息 Cause; HSS/HLR在接收到的 Cancel Registration Request 消息后, 立即注销该用户信息; 注销操作完毕后, 向 AAA服务器返回 Cancel Registration ACK消息。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种无线局域网与移动通信系统互通时的无线局域网用户主 动下线处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤:
A)用户请求断开与无线局域网的连接;
B) AAA服务器确认 HSS/HLR对用户信息注销操作是否成功,如果 是, 则执行步骤 C, 否则结束本流程;
C)命令无线局域网的接入网与该用户断开连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于; 所述步骤 A包括, 用户通过向无线局域网的接入网发送 EAPOL-logoff 消息请求断开其与 接入网的连接, 然后无线局域网的接入网向 AAA服务器发送该用户下 线请求消息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 B所述 AAA 服务器确认 HSS/HLR对用户信息注销操作是否成功包括,
AAA服务器收到来自无线局域网的接入网的用户下线请求消息后, 向 HSS/HLR发送请求注销该用户信息的消息;
HSS/HLR向 AAA服务器发送注销该用户的消息, 该消息中包含标 识该用户永久身份的标识符;
AAA服务器向 HSS/HLR返回确认注销该用户的消息;
HSS/HLR响应 AAA服务器向其发送的确认注销的消息, 注销该用 户的信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 B所述 AAA 服务器确认 HSS/HLR对用户信息注销操作是否成功包括, AAA服务器 收到来自无线局域网的接入网的用户下线请求消息后, 向 HSS/HLR发 送请求注销该用户信息的消息 , 该消息中包含标识该用户永久身份的标 识符和用户请求下线原因的信息;
HSS/HLR响应 AAA服务器向其发送的请求注销该用户信息的消 息, 注销该用户的信息, 然后 HSS/HLR向 AAA服务器返回确认注销该 用户的消息。
5、 根据权利要求 1、 2、 3或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 步骤 C包括, AAA服务器向 HSS/HLR返回确认注销该用户的消息后, 通过向无线局域网的接入网返回用户下线的响应消息命令无线局域网 的接入网与该用户断开连接。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 B进一 步包括, AAA服务器确认 OCS对该用户停止计费操作是否成功, 如果 是, 则执行步骤 C, 否则结束本流程。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 AAA服 务器确认 OCS对用户停止计费操作是否成功的步骤包括,
AAA服务器收到来自无线局域网的接入网的用户下线请求消息后, 向 OCS发送请求对该用户停止计费的消息;
OCS响应 AAA服务器向其发送的请求停止计费消息, 停止对该用 户的计费操作, 然后向 HSS/HLR发送请求注销该用户信息的消息;
HSS/HLR注销该用户信息后,向 OCS发送成功注销该用户的消息, 该消息中包含标识该用户永久身份的标识符和用户请求下线原因的信 息, OCS向 AAA服务器返回请求停止对该用户计费的响应消息。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 B所述 AAA 服务器确认 HSS/HLR对用户信息注销操作是否成功包括,
HSS/HLR收到来自 OCS的请求注销用户信息的消息后, 向 AAA 服务器发送注销该用户的消息, 该消息中包含标识该用户永久身份的标 识符; AAA服务器向 HSS/HLR返回确认注销该用户的消息;
HSS/HLR响应 AAA服务器向其发送的确认注销的消息, 注销该用 户的信息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 C包括, AAA服务器收到来自 OCS的请求停止对该用户计费的响应消息后, 通 过向接入网发送用户下线响应消息命令无线局域网的接入网与该用户 断开连接。
10、 根据权利要求 1或 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 AAA服 务器确认 OCS对该用户停止计费操作是否成功包括,
AAA服务器收到来自无线局域网的接入网的用户下线请求消息后, 向 OCS发送请求对该用户停止计费的消息; OCS响应 AAA服务器向其 发送的请求停止计费消息, 停止对该用户的计费操作, 然后向 AAA服 务器发送请求停止对该用户计费的响应消息。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法,其特征在于,步驟 B所述 AAA 服务器确认 HSS/HLR对用户信息注销操作是否成功包括,
AAA服务器收到来自无线局域网的接入网的用户下线请求消息后, 向 HSS/HLR发送请求注销该用户信息的消息, 该消息中包含标识该用 户永久身份的标识符和用户请求下线原因的信息;
HSS/HLR向 AAA服务器发送注销该用户的消息, 该消息中包含标 识该用户永久身份的标识符;
AAA服务器向 HSS/HLR返回确认注销该用户的消息;
HSS/HLR响应 AAA服务器向其发送的确认注销的消息, 注销该用 户的信息。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤 C包括, AAA服务器收到来自 OCS的请求停止对该用户计费的响应消息, 且收 到来自 HSS/HLR发送的注销该用户的消息后, 通过向接入网发送用户 下线响应消息命令无线局域网的接入网与该用户断开连接。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述 AAA服务器向 HSS/HLR发送的请求注销用户信息的消息、 HSS/HLR向 AAA服务器发送的注销用户的消息、 以及 AAA服务器向 HSS/HLR返回确认注销该用户的消息基于 MAP或 DIAMETER协议; 所述无线局域网接入网向 AAA服务器发送的用户下线请求消息、 以及 AAA服务器向无线局域网接入网返回的用户下线响应消息基于 RADIUS协议或 DIAMETER协议;
所述 AAA服务器向 OCS发送的请求停止计费的消息、 以及 OCS 向 AAA 服务器返回的请求停止对该用户计费的响应消息基于 DIAMETER协议。
14、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述无线局域网 接入网向 AAA服务器发送的用户下线请求消息消息、以及 AAA服务器 向无线局域网接入网返回的用户下线响应消 基于 RADIUS 协议或 DIAMETER协议,
所述 AAA服务器向 OCS发送的请求停止计费的消息、 以及 OCS 向 AAA 服务器返回的请求停止对该用户计费的响应消息基于 DIAMETER协议;
所述 HSS/HLR向 AAA服务器发送的注销该用户的消息、以及 AAA 服务器向 HSS/HLR 返回的确认注销该用户的消息基于 MAP 或 DIAMETER协议;
所述 OCS向 HSS/HLR发送的请求注销该用户的消息基于 MAP、 RADIUS或 DIAMETER协议,
所述 HSS/HLR向 OCS发送的成功注销该用户的消息基于 MAP、 RADIUS或 DIAMETER协议。
15、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 A之前 进一步包括, 如果 OCS确定该用户帐户中的金额小于预先设定的余额, 则通知该用户向无线局域网的接入网发送用户下线请求。
