Abstract

An improved underwear such as a pair of pants or panties which prevents part of the underwear from being held into a split formed between both the buttocks of the hip and connected to the anus to thereby enable comfortable wearing of the underwear and secures activity and cleanliness. The improved underwear (1) such as a pair of pants or panties for use in various shapes of panties with an waist band (2) formed in the upper portion of the panties, includes an oval-shaped soft resin coating layer (4) is formed at a hip contacting portion (3) of the panties (1), to thereby keep softness and maintain a tight state of tension, to thus escape part of the underwear (1) from being held into a split formed between both the buttocks of the hip.

Description

IMPROVED UNDERWEAR
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an improved underwear such as pants or panties, and more particularly, to an improved underwear such as a pair of pants or panties which prevents part of the underwear from being held into a split formed between both the buttocks of the hip and connected to the anus to thereby enable comfortable wearing of the underwear and secures activity and cleanliness .
Background Art
A pair of general pants or panties is made of cotton which easily absorbs sweat. Recently, pairs of functional pants or panties are provided in various forms, which focus on the scrotum and the penis.
However, a pair of conventional pants or panties may be easily folded near the hip during wearing. As a result, since part of a pair of pants or panties is frequently held into the split formed between the buttocks of the hip and connected to the anus, the conventional pants or panties degrade comfortable wearing. Also, the pants or panties directly contact the anus, and become easily dirty, to thereby deteriorate cleanliness.
Disclosure of the Invention
To solve the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide an improved underwear such as a pair of pants or panties, which -prevent s part of the underwear from being held into a split formed between both the buttocks of the hip and connected to the anus to thereby enable comfortable wearing of the underwear and secures activity and cleanliness.
To accomplish the above objects of the present invention, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an improved underwear such as a pair of pants or panties in which a soft resin coating layer with no harm to the human body is formed at a portion of the underwear contacting the hip during or after manufacturing the underwear, to thereby enable comfortable wearing of the underwear and secures activity and cleanliness, due to having softness or being difficult to be fold. Brief Description of the Drawings
The above object and other advantages of the present invention will become more apparent by describing the preferred embodiment thereof in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:
FIG . 1 is a rear perspective view showing an underwear such as a pair of pants or panties, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention; and
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing essential elements of the underwear according to the present invention .
Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention
Hereinbelow, an improved underwear of a pair of pants or panties according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIGs . 1 and 2, the present invention provides an improved underwear 1 (hereinbelow referred to as panties) such as a pair of pants or panties for use in various shapes of panties with an waist band 2 formed in the upper portion of the panties, in which an oval-shaped soft resin coating layer 4 is formed at a hip contacting portion 3 of the panties 1, to thereby keep softness and maintain a tight state of tension, to thus escape part of the panties 1 from being held into a split formed between both the buttocks of the hip.
It is preferable that the soft resin coating layer 4 is formed in the outside of the panties 1, taking absorption of sweat or a sense of comfortable wearing into consideration. Also, it is preferable that a material of the panties 1 is transparent so that a design of the panties 1 is not influenced by the material of the panties 1. Also, the soft resin coating layer 4 is made of latex resin or silicon resin having no harm to the human body. Further, a predetermined amount of bio-ceramic powder is mixed into latex resin or silicon resin to enhance promotion of health of a wearer.
A soft resin coating layer 4 can be coated on the panties 1 after the panties 1 has been completely manufactured. Otherwise, a soft resin coating layer 4 is coated directly on raw cloth with which a pair of panties 1 is manufactured, and then cut . When a soft resin coating layer 4 is directly coated on raw cloth, the soft resin coating layer 4 is successively patterned in the form of a belt. Accordingly, a soft resin coating layer 4 can be patterned in the form of a belt breadthwise in the panties 1. Meanwhile, a number of minute vent holes are formed on the soft resin coating layer 4, to evaporate sweat smoothly during wearing, and to then keep the scrotum to be always dried.
The present invention has been described with respect to only an embodiment that the soft resin coating layer 4 is applied to the hip contacting portion 3. However, in the case of female panties 1, a soft resin coating layer 4 can be applied to a pubes contacting portion as well as a hip contacting portion 3. Also, a soft resin coating layer applied in the present invention can be applied to the inner portion of a pair of trousers, to prevent the trousers from being held into the split of the hip.
Also, the soft resin coating layer 4 can be colorful when a variety of pattern or character symbols are formed, to further heighten decorativeness of the panties.
As described above, the panties 1 according to the present invention includes an oval-shaped soft resin coating layer 4 formed on the hip contacting portion 3 of the panties 1 contacting the hip. As a result, when the panties 1 adopting the present invention is put on, the panties 1 having the soft resin coating layer 4 keeps softness and closely contacts the hip without being held into the split of the hip, to thereby enhance a sense of comfortable wearing. Also, since the panties 1 according to the present invention does not contact directly the anus, a stain rate of the panties 1 can be remarkably reduced to thereby guarantee cleanness.
Industrial Applicability
As described above, the panties 1 according to the present invention includes a soft resin coating layer 4 at a portion contacting the hip and is manufactured in a very simple -manner . The present invention provides an effect of enhancing a sense of comfortable wearing remarkably in comparison with the existing panties, and guaranteeing cleanness as well. The panties according to the present invention is very practical.
As described above, the present invention has been described with respect to particularly preferred embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and it is possible for one who has an ordinary skill in the art to make various modifications and variations, without departing off the spirit of the present invention.

Claims

What is claimed is :
1. An improved underwear (1) (hereinbelow referred to as panties) such as a pair of pants or panties for use in various shapes of panties with an waist band (2) formed in the upper portion of the panties, comprising: an oval-shaped soft resin coating layer (4) is formed at a hip contacting portion (3) of the panties (1) , to thereby keep softness and maintain a tight state of tension, to thus escape part of the panties (1) from being held into a split formed between both the buttocks of the hip.
2. The improved underwear (1) of claim 1, wherein the soft resin coating layer (4) is formed in the outside of the panties (1) , taking absorption of sweat or a sense of comfortable wearing into consideration.
3. The improved underwear (1) of claim 1, wherein a material of the panties (1) is transparent so that a design of the panties (1) is not influenced by the material of the panties (1) .
4. The improved underwear (1) of claim 1, wherein the soft resin coating layer (4) is made of latex resin or silicon resin having no harm to the human body.
5. The improved underwear (1) of claim 4, wherein a predetermined amount of bio-ceramic powder is mixed into latex resin or silicon resin to enhance promotion of health of a wearer.
