Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production et d'attribution d'identité provisoire de groupe mobile (TMGI) pour un équipement d'utilisateur (UE) itinérant. Dans ce procédé : a) l'équipement d'utilisateur transmet un message à un noeud de support GPRS de service (SGSN) lorsqu'il contacte un groupe de multidiffusion ; b) le noeud de support GPRS de service obtient l'identité provisoire de groupe mobile d'un service provenant d'un noeud de service GPRS de transit (GGSN) ; c) le noeud de support GPRS de service modifie un bit d'indication d'itinérance de l'identité provisoire de groupe mobile en fonction de l'état d'itinérance de l'équipement d'utilisateur ; d) le noeud de support GPRS de service transmet un message à l'équipement d'utilisateur et renvoie l'identité provisoire de groupe mobile modifiée. Ce procédé permet d'éviter, lorsque l'équipement d'utilisateur est en itinérance, que l'identité provisoire de groupe mobile soit attribuée plusieurs fois et d'augmenter la taille du contenu des messages. Ce procédé permet également à l'équipement d'utilisateur de vérifier qu'il est bien le destinataire d'un message.
