Description
BITE TRAY OF DENTAL
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a dental bite tray for patterning after a diseased tooth of a patient, and more particularly to a bite tray in which fasteners are individually attached to both ends of a net, and insertion grooves are formed through frames outside of guide grooves so that the net is inserted into the frames via the insertion grooves and firmly supported by the fasteners, thereby maintaining a horizontally tightly firming condition of the net between the frames and serving to exactly and conveniently pattern after the tooth.
BACKGROUND ART
Generally, as shown in Fig. 1, a conventional dental bite tray includes a net horizontally interposed between both frames and a material in a gel state applied on the upper and lower sides of the net, thereby serving to pattern after a tooth. Since both terminals of the conventional net interposed between both frames are not fixed, the net may be easily sunk or fallen out. Accordingly, the conventional dental bite tray requires the greatest attention in the dental patterning process . Further, since the net moves during the dental patterning process, with the conventional dental bite tray it is impossible to exactly pattern after the tooth, thereby
requiring several number of times of the amendment in patterning and causing inconvenience to users .
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a dental bite tray, in which fasteners are individually attached to both ends of the net, insertion grooves are individually formed in the guide grooves formed through both frames so that the net is inserted from the outside into the guide grooves via the insertion grooves, thereby inserting both ends of the net to the guide grooves via the insertion grooves and firmly supporting the net.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The above and other objects, features and other advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a conventional bite tray;
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a dental bite tray in accordance with the present invention;
Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the dental bite tray in accordance with the present invention; and Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the dental bite tray
in accordance with the present invention.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, referring to the accompanying drawings, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
A dental bite tray 1 of the present invention comprises a knob 101 at its one side, a main frame 10 provided with a plurality of holes 100 and connected to the knob 101, a sub frame 10' connected to the main frame via a connector 102, and guide grooves 11 horizontally formed through the frames 10 and 10 ' for fixing a net 2 supporting a material 4 for patterning after a tooth.
Herein, fasteners 3 are individually attached to both ends of the net 2, insertion grooves 12 are individually formed in the guide grooves 11 so that the net 2 is inserted from the outside into the guide grooves 11 via the insertion grooves 12, thereby inserting both ends of the net 2 to the guide grooves 11 via the insertion grooves 12 and firmly supporting the net 2.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
As described above, in the dental bite tray 1 of the present invention, since the net 2 is inserted into the guide grooves 11 and fasteners 3 are individually attached to both ends of the inserted net 2, the net 2 is tightly maintained
between the frames 10 and 10 X Consequently, the net 2 with a small thickness firmly supports the material for patterning after the tooth. Further, the net is conveniently and effectively firmed to and separated from the frames 10 and 10 allowing the dental bite tray of the present invention to exactly pattern after the tooth with the separation from the tray. Moreover, the dental bite tray of the present invention can use a small amount of the material for pattering after the tooth, thereby being advantageous in economic efficiency.
Claims
1. A dental bite tray (1) comprising a knob (101) at its one side, a main frame (10) with a plurality of holes (100) connected to the knob (101), a sub frame (10') connected to the main frame (10) via a connector (102), and guide grooves (11) horizontally formed through the frames (10 and 10') for fixing a net (2) supporting a material (4) for patterning after a tooth, wherein fasteners (3) are individually attached to both ends of the net (2), insertion grooves (12) are individually formed in the guide grooves (11) so that the net (2) is inserted from the outside into the guide grooves (11) via the insertion grooves (12), thereby inserting both ends of the net (2) to the guide grooves (11) via the insertion grooves (12) and firmly supporting the net ( 2 ) .
