Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un concentré humique minéral par l'électrolyse et l'électrophorèse de la pulpe aquatique des sels d'acides humiques avec une teneur de matière sèche allant jusqu'à 10 - 12 %. L'électrolyse et l'électrophorèse de la pulpe aqueuse sont accompagnées d'électro-flottation des particules et complexes humiques minéraux hydratés à dispersion fine et moyenne, avec formation à la surface de l'anode du produit final qui comprend des acides humiques, des particules et des complexes humiques minéraux à dispersion fine ainsi que des particules et des agrégats humiques minéraux hydratés à dispersion fine et moyenne. On crée un flux de pulpe sensiblement ascendant dont l'orientation du mouvement coïncide au sens de la rotation de l'anode, et on évacue la mousse avec l'électrolyte usé pour effectuer ensuite sa destruction physico-chimique. L'invention concerne aussi un dispositif de mise en oeuvre du procédé. L'invention permet une utilisation plus vaste des effets physico-chimiques de l'électrolyse et de l'électrophorèse du milieu initial, de contrer l'influence des bulles en formation sur le déroulement du processus et de tourner même à l'avantage le processus de formation de bulles, de réduire au minimum le danger d'incendie ou d'explosion et enfin d'augmenter la productivité du processus et la qualité du produit tout en réduisant la consommation d'énergie.
