Description

Description
PORTABLE TRANSMITTER FOR MEDICAL USE
The present invention relates to an electronic emitter of electromagnetic waves with frequency from 27 to 89 MHz and 100 to 270 MHz characterised by easy transportation thanks to the reduced dimensions that allow the user to hold it in his/her pocket. The function of the device is to radiate electromagnetic waves at a short distance, with frequency capable of reactivating the natural defences of the human body. The device has a small power and is actuated with traditional electrical button batteries.
The current state of the art includes several scientific theories and studies on the characteristics and properties of body cells, their life, regeneration and substitution with new cells. It is also known that the said cells resound in a frequency range from 27 to 250 MHz and that these frequencies diminish when cells get sick or when the organs to which they belong suffer problems or stress. Some of the research studies that are being carried out in the sector show how to help cells to overcome functional difficulties. It is known that when cells get sick for whatever reason they lose their internal charge and the body reacts with pain, walking problems, etc. When the cell charge is completely finished, the cell dies (necrosis), causing even sharper pain. Biopolymers and cellular membranes are similar to very small "batteries" that lose their energy reserve and run down when a disease originates or when the subject is an elder patient.
In view of the above, the device of the invention has been devised to provide a small portable electronic device, limiting the emission of electromagnetic waves in two frequency ranges, for example from 27 to 89 MHz and from 110 to 270 MHz. The device can be worn and held in his/her pocket by the user, having the same size as a key chain.
In view of the small power, the electronic emitter can radiate electromagnetic waves at a short distance, being intended to radiate the person who is carrying it. The function of the waves is to balance the electrical potential of the body cells. The radiation has a sedative action, improves the health conditions of the cells, favouring the flow of oxygen and nutrients of the cells and relieving pain and disorders. Furthermore, the device of the invention can benefit the central nervous system through a reflected vasodilating mechanism, since it has an analgesic effect and increases mental performance, together with neuro-regulation action on the hypothalamus, liver and spleen.
As a matter of fact, the main function of the invention is to radiate electromagnetic waves that re-polarize the membranes of the injured cells (for whatever reason), accelerating the restoration of normal functions.
It is also known that cells with different characteristics pulse or resound on different frequencies. On the contrary, the device of the invention emits electromagnetic waves with fixed frequency ranges (from 27 to 89 MHz and from 110 to 270 MHz) that have a higher or lower effect according to the type of cells, being however useful in any case, even if not exactly synchronous.
As mentioned earlier, having a small power and being battery powered, the electronic device can radiate its beneficial pulses in the body at a distance of about 20 cm. For this reason, it is not necessary to stick it to the skin and the user can wear it on his/her jacket, shirt, skirt, trousers, etc. or hold it in a pocket.
The longer the exposure to its frequencies is, the higher the benefit will be in terms of physical wellbeing.
The electronic device of the invention consists in a small container, preferably with flattened elliptical shape, made of plastic material and designed to contain a button battery and a spare battery, provided with a small switch. The container houses a small electronic printed circuit that emits electromagnetic waves from 27 to 89 MHz and from 110 to 270 MHz.
An embodiment of the invention is represented as a preferential, not limiting example, in the two enclosed drawings, in which: - Fig. 1 is the diagram of the electronic circuit for the realisation of the emitter of electromagnetic frequencies from 27 to 89 MHz and from 110 to 270 MHz; - Fig. 2 is a plan view of the container of the electronic device; - Fig. 3 is a lateral view of the container of Fig. 2 along the transversal axis;
- Fig. 4 is a cross-section of the container of Fig. 2 with plane IV-IV;
- Fig. 5 is a plan view of the container of the electronic device showing the internal functional elements with dotted line. According to the present invention and to a realisation mode, the electronic emitter of electromagnetic waves with frequency from 27 to 89 MHz and from 110 to 270 MHz comprises a small plastic container (1) with flattened elliptical shape, for example 4x6cm with 1-cm thickness.
The container (1) houses a small electronic printed circuit (2), complete with a button battery (3) and an externally-actuated switch (4) of any type, with or without indicator light (5).
Fig. 1 shows the diagram of a possible electronic circuit capable of generating the aforementioned frequencies. Obviously, just like any other electronic device, the emitter of the invention can be modified and/or integrated according to the user's requirements.
Fig. 1 shows the following blocks of the electronic circuit: block A: switching on and switching off section; block B: radio frequency switching on and switching off section; block C: radio frequency generation section; - block D: LED flashing section; block E: power supply section.
The device of the invention can generate a single specific frequency included in the two aforementioned ranges, or one or more frequency ranges included in the aforementioned ranges. The invention, of course, is not limited to the realisation examples described above, it being possible to devise different shapes and realisation modes. The realisation details can vary without leaving the scope of the invention according to this description and following claims.
