Abstract

The present utility model relates to a one-touch can lid capable of opening the can lid easily. Presently, the lid of the package has the shape of round, or square having a cutting groove (2) formed on it and a handle (3) secured with fixed rivet (4) as shown in Fig.1. The lid is composed of a handle (3) and a cutting groove (2). The handle (3) is fixed by a fixing pin and if a handle (3) is pulled in the upper direction, the fixing pin (4) operates as a lever and the end portion opposite to the cutting groove (2) press a starting point (2-1) of cutting groove (2) downward. Then, after a first cutting part (2-2) is cut, if the cutting groove (2) is continuously pulled toward the upper direction, the whole of the cutting groove (2) is cut. Thereby, under the condition that the fixing pin (4) is designated as a reference point, the force is transferred from the starting point (2-1) of the cutting groove (2) into the direction of maximum radius of the cutting. At this time, under the condition that the fixing pin (4) to which the force is applied is set as a reference point, since the cutting radius of the can having the shape of round or square is very large, it is hard to cut with the small force. Therefore, applying large force is required and at this time, there exists a problem that the cutting groove (2) is cut suddenly and through counteraction, the human’s hands are liable to be hurt by the cutting surfaces, and it becomes to be impossible to manufacture one-touch can since the maximum radius (2-3) of the large one-touch can is too large. In order to solve above mentioned problems, as shown Fig.2, the present utility model is to provide an easily-opened can lid (1) comprised of a cutting groove (5) having a band-shape formed in the inner part of the peripheral portion according to the shape of an lid, wherein if a handle (3) is pulled in the upper direction, the fixing pin (4) operates as a lever and the end portion opposite to the cutting groove (2) presses a cutting part (5-1) of cutting groove (2) downward. After a cutting part (5-2) is cut, if the handle (3) is continuously pulled toward upper direction, the whole of the cutting groove (5) of band shape is cut. Since the cutting part (5-2) of band-shape is so narrow and constant, independently of the shape (round or square) or the size (big or small) of the can, the small force is transferred easily. Thus, anybody open can lid safety and easily.

The present utility model relates to one-touch lid of a can containing food or drink therein, in particular capable of opening the can lid easily.

Presently, the lid of the package has the shape of round, or square having a cutting groove(2) formed on it and a handle(3) secured with fixing pin(4) as shown in Fig 1. The lid is composed of a handle(3) and a cutting groove(2). The handle(3) is fixed by a fixing pin and If a handle(3) is pulled in the upper direction, the fixing pin(4) operates as a lever and the end portion opposite to the cutting groove(2) press a starting point(2-1) of cutting groove(2) downward. Then, after a first cutting part(2-2) is cut, if the cutting groove(2) is continuously pulled toward the upper direction, the whole of the cutting groove(2) is cut. Thereby, under the condition that the fixing pin(4) is designated as a reference point, the force is transferred from the starting point(2-1) of the cutting groove(2) into the direction of maximum radius of the cutting. In order to solve above-mentioned problems, as shown FIG. 2, the present utility model is to provide an easily-opened can lid(1) comprised of a cutting groove(5) having a band-shape formed in the inner part of the peripheral portion according to the shape of an lid, wherein if a handle(3) is pulled in the upper direction, the fixing pin(4) operates as a lever and the end portion opposite to the cutting groove(2) presses a cutting part(5-1) of cutting groove(2) downward. After a cutting part(5-2) is cut, if the handle(3) is continuously pulled toward upper direction, the whole of the cutting groove(5) of band shape is cut.
Since the cutting part(5-2) of band-shape is so narrow and constant, independently of the shape(round or square) or the size(big or small) of the can, the small force is transferred easily. Thus, anybody open can lid safely and easily.

The structure of the present utility model will be explained in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown FIG. 2, the present utility model is to provide an easily-opened can lid(1) comprised of a cutting groove(5) having a band-shape formed in the inner part of the peripheral portion according to the shape of an lid, wherein if a handle(3) is pulled in the upper direction, the fixing pin(4) operates as a lever and the end portion opposite to the cutting groove(2) presses a cutting part(5-1) of cutting groove(2) downward. After a cutting part(5-2) is cut, if the handle(3) is continuously pulled toward upper direction, the whole of the cutting groove(5) of band shape is cut. Since the cutting part(5-2) of band-shape is so narrow and constant, independently of the shape(round or square) or the size(big or small) of the can, the small force is transferred easily. Thus, anybody open can lid safely and easily. [Possibility of the Industrial Application] the present can lid is comprised of a cutting groove(5) of a band-shape having a predetermined width and formed in the inner part spaced with a predetermined distance from the peripheral portion, the cutting groove(5) having a shape according to the shape of a can lid(1 ), and a handle(3) secured with fixing pin(4) .
If a handle(3) is pulled in the direction of upside, the fixed rivet(4) operates as a lever and the end portion opposite to the opening tab(3) presses a starting part(5-1) of the cutting groove(5) downward. After a first cutting part(5-2) is cut, if the handle(3) is continuously pulled upper, the whole of the cutting groove(5) is cut.
The cutting groove having band-shape is so narrow and constant independently of the shape(round or square) or the size(big or small) of can that the small force is transferred easily. Thus, anybody open can lid safely and easily.

One-touch can lid comprising; a cutting groove(5) having a band-shape and spaced with a predetermined distance in the inner part of the outer peripheral of the can lid(1 ), according to the shape of outer peripheral of a can lid(1 ), and a cutting handle(3) being secured with fixing pin(4) after being adjusted to the cutting starting point(5-1) of the bottom surface of the can lid(1 ).
