Abstract

Color discernment method in accordance to the present invention has the effect of facilitating the discernment of color chart that is comprised of tens of color papers that are colored with all types of colors, color that is most suitable for make-up or coordination of the subject of measurement by using cone shaped measurement pendulum weight, and the color that is most resourceful for the subject of measurement's physical and mental health. Based on the above mentioned discernment method, one color classification standard that enables scientific and structured classification of color that is appropriate or inappropriate to each individual is recommended. Accordingly, from each individual's point of view, the present invention presents the opportunity to secure a wider range of objective data needed for the selection of color that is most appropriate to self. As such, effective expression of individual's unique characteristics based on natural harmony of color is made effective, which in turn prevents economic waste. From the coordinator's point of view, it is possible to offer higher quality service to the customer at lower price due to the facilitation of color discernment task.

Description

COLOR DISCERNMENT METHOD AND THERAPY SUPPORT DEVICE
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention:
The present invention relates to the color discernment method that uses color chart and pendulum weight and color therapy support device that uses the mentioned method. In more detail, the present invention enables detailed and easy discernment of optimal color that is appropriate to each individual since the correlation of each wave that results from color and human body is made on the use of color chart and pendulum weight. Moreover, the present invention applies discerned color onto individuals' coordination to facilitate self expression based on natural combination of colors. At the same time, properties of individuals' main color are identified to enable use as resourceful reference material in diverse set of areas such as career path selection and fostering of study environment. Accordingly, color discerned through color discernment method and the above mentioned color discernment method is applied into the innerwear worn by human body and during the magnetic therapy. Therefore, the present invention ensures increased health and therapy against illness to the user of innerwear. The present invention pertains to the color therapy support device that can increase self-therapy effect based on permanent magnetic' s self-power by using color therapy method.
Description of the Prior Art:
In general, people who live in the modern age view and sense a very wide range of
colors, ranging from the natural colors that comprise the surrounding environment and artificial colors that comprise nearby buildings, offices and interior of residences in
addition to all types of advertisements and the colors of the passerby's clothes from the
time they open their eyes in the morning to the time they close their eyes at night for a
respite. As such, color is an important tool that enables human beings to perceive and
feel objects and it is at the same time, a medium for the transmission of senses that is
deeply ingrained in the lives of human beings.
If and when the above mentioned color shall be defined merely from a physical
point of view, it is a type of electromagnetic radiation that manifests transmission of
energy of light in accordance to the wave. Among numerous waves that comprise this
wave of light, the eyes of human beings react to parts of wave, which induces visual sense.
As a result, human beings can sense color. Likewise, the visual domain in which human
beings gain visual sense is referred to as electromagnetic wave spectrum. As for its
types, there are; color pertaining to source of light that is the wave of light that comes
from source of light or radiation entity, object color that is wave of light that is shown by
being reflected or absorbed onto physical object, and transillumination color that is the
wave of light that is shown by transilluminating object.
Accordingly, color does not merely signify object color. Instead, it shall be

on the colors shall be defined as a study pertaining to the physical, chemical and
somatological approaches towards the energy of electromagnetic wave among the
domains of light, energy of hereto mentioned flow, and changes in the hereto mentioned

include and divide into; traditional aesthetical approach that pertains to the color itself

therapy or therapy of illnesses by understanding the effects of color-specific color sense
on the individual's emotional reaction or association reaction, and that of the color energy
on the metabolism of the human body. However, in order to complete plan pertaining to
one color, the above mentioned approach methods need to be applied in a comprehensive
manner.
As mentioned above, aesthetical approach method is the most accessible among
the approach methods used in the study of color in daily life. Except for artistic color
related areas such as painting and design, ordinary people are most exposed to the making
up of face with all types of colors or dyeing hair with all types of colors. Moreover,
coordination that combines the clothes, produced with color and design that befit
individuals with all types of props can be cited as a representative example. Individuals
actively leverage color as a tool for expressing themselves to the point that the occupation

of Qi was identified by detecting the energy of the human body (wave) that stems from
the rhythm pertaining to the circulation of blood through the pulses that are distributed in

the forum of energy that is comprised of corpuscle and wave of energy by leveraging

However, hitherto use of color area does not recommend separate method that can
disclose correlation between color proprietary wave and energy wave resulting from the
human body. As a consequence, color usage such as make-up or coordination pursue
only after color harmony without paying heed to the effect of color on individual's
physical and mental health. Accordingly, individual's physical and mental health may
be damaged by performing make-up or coordination with color that does not fit one's
disposition. Problems lies in the lack of ability to contribute to the practical aspect of
color usage such as correct formulation of individual's personality improvement,
life/career path counseling, and learning environment or working environment based on
the correct understanding of each individual's disposition through the use of color that is
deeply correlated to each individual's energy wave.
Moreover, inherent properties of color instead of those pertaining to the surgery or
therapy by medicine are leveraged to pursue after increased physical and mental health
improvement of each individual. Color therapy method that is used to treat all types of
illnesses is gaining attention as a new alternative medicine that will lead the 21st Century along with dietary therapy, meditation therapy method, massage therapy method, music
therapy method, magnetic therapy etc.
The area that first applied the above mentioned color therapy method was the area
of psychiatry which entails ensuring psychological stability to the patients who undergo
therapy by leveraging the proprietary sense of color that is granted to the human beings by
the color, and instilling vitality or motivation. Moreover, the above mentioned field
shall be characterized by the understanding of patients' psyche by finding combination of
color in the patients drawn by patients in order to recommend appropriate counseling or

human body are very active today.
Color therapy that pursues after enhanced physical health and illness therapy based on the use of color begun with the perspective that all the organisms that exist on the earth undergo photosynthesis through the sunlight to produce the energy needed for growth, herbivores gets the energy needed for growth by consuming the above mentioned vegetation, and that the carnivorous feeds on the above mentioned herbivores. In sum, the color therapy started with the notion that the basic energy is that sunlight, which supports all life forms that exist on the earth by leveraging natural relationship of association. An example that best represents the relationship between the above mentioned type of color and the organs of the human body shall be when teachers suggest that students resume study after viewing the green colored leaves if and when the latter is tired from studying book and when their eyes feel tired. the functions of the kidney and liver, and shall be characterized by strong detoxication
effect when it pertains to pollutants. Food that include green color functions are all
types of chlorophyll, cabbage, asparagus, green peas and spinach and so forth.
5. blue color : blue color retains set of characteristics that are opposite to those of
the red color. Since blue color is characterized by the function that calms down the mind

suffering from insomnia instead of using pink blanket. 6. purple color : purple color controls appetite, which is resourceful for the therapy

tolerance.
Moreover, natural therapy personnel who use color therapy method to ensure individual's
health improvement and illnesses therapy fail to conduct detailed classification of optimal
color therapy that can be applied to individuals by finding out the correlation between
color's proprietary wave and energy wave resulting from each individual's body. As a

The present invention relates to the color discernment method that uses color chart
and pendulum weight and color therapy support device that uses the mentioned method.
In more detail, the present invention enables detailed and easy discernment of optimal
color that is appropriate to each individual since the correlation of each wave that results
from color and human body is made on the use of color chart and pendulum weight.
Moreover, the present invention applies discerned color onto individuals' coordination to
facilitate self expression based on natural combination of colors. At the same time, properties of individuals' main color are identified to enable use as resourceful reference
material in diverse set of areas such as career path selection and fostering of study
environment.
Accordingly, color discerned through color discernment method and the above
mentioned color discernment method is applied into the innerwear worn by human body
and during the magnetic therapy. Therefore, the present invention ensures increased
health and therapy against illness to the user of innerwear. The present invention
pertains to the color therapy support device that can increase self-therapy effect based on
permanent magnetic 's self-power by using color therapy method.
Color discernment method that uses color chart and pendulum weight in
accordance to the present invention inserts tens of color papers (12) that are characterized
by the coloring of colors that are different in each paper at between the below mentioned
cover paper (11) to form the color chart (1) in a way that circulation of each color paper
(12) is made possible, centered on the connection pin (13). Apex (21) and connection part
(22) ensures that the cone-shaped pendulum weight for measurement (20), placed on

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFEERED EMBODIMENTS
The present invention was invented to solve the above mentioned problems. Color
discernment method in accordance to the present invention measures the correlation of
each wave that emits from the human body with the color by using color chart and
pendulum weight. Accordingly, optimal color that is appropriate for each individual can
be selected easily and in detail. By applying discerned color onto the individual's
coordination, it is possible to self-express one's own characteristics in an effective and natural manner in accordance to the natural color harmony. At the same time, the
properties pertaining to the individual's main color shall be understood to apply as useful
reference data in diverse areas such as the selection of career path or formation of learning
environment and so forth. Hence, the above mentioned shall the technological initiative
of the present invention. Color therapy support device in accordance to the present
invention shall be applied in the innerwear of color that is discerned through the above
mentioned color discernment method to be worn by the human body and onto the magnetic
therapy. Accordingly, the technological initiative shall be to provide a more outstanding
health enhancement and illness therapy effect to the user of innerwear and to further
increase the self-therapy effect according to the self ability of permanent magnetic based
on the use of color therapy method.
To attain the above mentioned technological initiatives, color discernment method

Composition and Reaction of the Invention
The present invention which was developed to achieve the above mentioned
purposes shall be explained in detail as follow by using attached figures as reference.
Figure 1 shall be plane view of the color chart that is used on the color
discernment method in accordance to the present invention. Figure 2 shall be perspective
drawing of pendulum weight for measurement that shall be used on the color discernment
method in accordance to the present invention. Figure 3 shall be the figure that shows the
usage of the color chart and pendulum for the color discernment method in accordance to the present invention.
As shown on the Figure 1, color chart (10) that is used on the color discernment
method in accordance to the present invention, tens of color papers (12) of which
each page is colored in different colors shall be inserted between the below mentioned
cover paper (11) that is comprised of plastic or thick paper material. Connection pin (13)
shall transverse tlirough the below mentioned cover paper (11) and end part of one side of
each color paper (12). Accordingly, below mentioned cover paper (11) and each color
paper (12) shall be formed as one. At the same time, each color paper (12) shall be
foπned so that circulation is enabled, centered on the connection pin (13).
Although what is ideal is to insert color paper (12) that is of various colors when it
comes to color paper (12) that is inserted into the above mentioned color chart (10) to
discern optimal color that is in line with the subject of measurement's disposition.
However, seven pages of color paper that is colored with seven colors of red color,
orange color, yellow color, green color, blue color, navy blue color and purple color that
comprise visible rays spectrum shall be included at least as the minimum basic color
paper. Each color that forms basic color paper and its clarity level and brightness level

Moreover as shown on the Figure 2, pendulum weight for measurement (20) that
is used on the color discernment method of the present invention shall use cone (multi- dimension that is formed by conducting 1 circulation by setting bisector of the vertical
angle AOB for the isosceles triangle type as the axis) in which the apex (21) is placed
on the vertical center of weight (G). At the upper side of connection part (22) shall be
formed as one with the pendulum weight for measurement (20) to fixate pendulum weight
for measurement (20) by hanging it with string. Like the above mentioned connection
part (22) or apex (21), placement on the pendulum weight for measurement (20)'s vertical
center of weight (G) shall be ensured.
The reason that the cone is used for the pendulum weight for measurement (20) as
mentioned above is that the degree of movement increases fast since movement takes
places due to high sensitivity to fine waves such as color-specific wave that is emitted
from the color paper (12) of the above mentioned color chart (10) and energy wave that is
emitted from the subject of measurement's body human body. If and when, movement

In the above mentioned state, wrist (33)area of the subject of measurement shall
be placed on the wrist support (32) that is installed on the support (30)'s lower fixation
stand (30b). However, wrist (33)'s pulse diagnosis area shall head towards the upper
part (pendulum weight for measurement direction). At the same time, the measuring
party shall hold onto the upper part of connecting string (23) so that the wrist (33)area and
pendulum weight for measurement (20) 's apex (21) can be distanced in a distance of
approximately 1 ~ 2cm. After lifting up the pendulum weight for measurement (20)
gradually towards the upper part, one color paper (10) that is selected from the above
mentioned color chart (10) shall be circulated to measure the movement of pendulum
weight for measurement (20) caused by the correlation between human body-specific
wave that results from the pericardium Qi pulse of the wrist (33) and the color-specific
wave that results from the color paper (12) at a state when the placed on the subject of
measurement's wrist (33)area.
As mentioned above, the reason that the distance of wrist (33)area and pendulum
weight for measurement (20) is distanced approximately 1 ~ 2cm is that if and when the distance of the wrist (33)area and pendulum weight for measurement (20) is less than 1cm,
then movement of pendulum weight for measurement (20) is determined by large wave
among the wave generating from the color paper (12) and the wave that generates from
the subject of measurement's pericardium Qi pulse. Accordingly, accurate measurement
of the movement of pendulum weight for measurement (20) based on each wave's
correlation is made difficult. If and when the distance of wrist (22)area and pendulum
weight for measurement (20) is over 2cm, then the waves that are generated from the
color paper (12) and the subject of measurement's pericardium Qi pulse fail to reach the
pendulum weight for measurement (20). Thus, pendulum weight for measurement (20)
does not move easily.
Moreover, movement of pendulum weight for measurement (20) pertaining to the
correlation between human body-specific wave that generates from the pericardium Qi
pulse of the wrist (33) and the color-specific wave that results from the color paper (12) can be manifested largely into the following three forms; circulation (left and right
circulation), irregular movement and stoppage. According to the above mentioned type
of movement of pendulum weight for measurement (20), it is possible to understand the

By performing the above mentioned measurement method while targeting all color

to each part of the human body. Since the direction of blood circulation that comprises

suitable for individual's make-up and coordination by leveraging color discernment
method in accordance to the present invention and by entering the maximum number of
color papers (12) onto the above mentioned color chart (10). Then, the coordinator can
apply color that is in fashion or that fits the design among the already discerned color
category onto the individual's make-up or coordination. Accordingly, coordinator can
offer more specific and effective, coordination service to each individual. Compared to the
hitherto color discernment tasks in which the coordinator was required to place cloth of
all types of color onto the body of the subject of measurement to determine whether the
subject of measurement and color suited each other well, the present invention enables
simple and fast color discernment by using the color chart and pendulum weight, which
ensures increased convenience to both the subject of measurement and the coordinator

of the pendulum weight for measurement.
Accordingly, the subject of measurement's disposition shall be understood
accurately starting from the color that is deeply correlated with the energy wave of the
subject of measurement including aesthetical color usage area such as the subject of
measurement's make-up or coordination. Based on the above mentioned, optimal color
that is appropriate for the subject of measurement's physical and mental health shall be discerned in detail including practical application areas pertaining to the use of color such
as correct formation of the subject of measurement's personality improvement or
life/career path counseling, learning environment or working environment, and then the
results shall be applied to the existing color therapy method to ensure outstanding health improvement effect and effective therapy of illnesses.
To apply the color discernment method in accordance to the present invention on
the color usage area and the subject of measurement according to understanding of the
subject of measurement's disposition, it is necessary to classify the above mentioned color
chart (10) into four types of spring color, summer color, autumn color and winter color.
Then, measuring which color of which season is perceived as favorable by the subject of
measurement within comparable color.
In other words, color's proprietary wave and color sense manifest some difference in
terms of clarity level and brightness level even in comparable color (foremost standard for
the discernment of a color from another color). Each color is closely related to the natural
color changes according to the seasonal changes of spring, summer, autumn and winter. Each individual retains unique disposition (energy wave) depending on the season of birth

paper (12) that is colored with the spectrum colors of red color, orange color, yellow
color, green color, blue color, navy blue color, and purple color as the basic color paper.
Then the following shall be formed of total of 25 pages of color paper (12) that comprises
color chart no. 1 (10) with six pages of color paper (12), colored with color that is mixed
with proportion of 5% for yellow color into each spectrum color that excludes yellow color
along with the seven pages of the above mentioned basic color papers, six pages of color
paper (12) colored with color that mixes yellow color in proportion of 10%, and six pages
of color paper (12) colored with color that mixes 15% of yellow color. Then, the above
mentioned 18 pages of color paper (12) shall be inserted between seven pages of color
paper (12) that is colored with each spectrum color in the order of clarity level and
brightness level.
Color chart no. 2 (10) that comprises summer color shall set seven pages of color
paper (12) that is colored with the spectrum colors of red color, orange color, yellow color,
green color, blue color, navy blue color, and purple color as the basic color paper.
Along with the above mentioned seven pages of the above mentioned basic color papers,
the following shall be formed of total of 28 pages of color paper (12) that comprises color
chart no. 2 (10) with seven pages of color paper (12), colored with color that is mixed with 5% of blue and white in the ratio of 1:1 onto each spectrum color, seven pages of
color paper (12), colored with color that is mixed with 10% of blue and white in the ratio
of 1:1 onto each spectrum color, and seven pages of color paper (12), colored with color
that is mixed with 15% of blue and white in the ratio of 1 : 1 onto each spectrum color.
Then, the above mentioned 21 pages of color paper (12) shall be inserted between seven
pages of color paper (12) that is colored with each spectrum color in the order of clarity
level and brightness level.
Color chart no. 3 (10) that comprises autumn color shall set seven pages of color
paper (12) that is colored with the spectrum colors of red color, orange color, yellow color,
green color, blue color, navy blue color, and purple color as the basic color paper. Along
with the above mentioned seven pages of the above mentioned basic color papers, the
following shall be formed of total of 28 pages of color paper (12) that comprises color chart no. 3 (10) with seven pages of color paper (12), colored with color that is mixed with
5% of yellow and black in the ratio of 1:1 onto each spectrum color, seven pages of color
paper (12), colored with color that is mixed with 10% of yellow and black in the ratio of
1:1 onto each spectrum color, and seven pages of color paper (12), colored with color that
is mixed with 15% of yellow and black in the ratio of 1:1 onto each spectrum color.
Then, the above mentioned 21 pages of color paper (12) shall be inserted between seven
pages of color paper (12) that is colored with each spectrum color in the order of clarity
level and brightness level.
Lastly, color chart no. 4 (10) that comprises winter color shall set seven pages of
color paper (12) that is colored with the spectrum colors of red color, orange color, yellow
color, green color, blue color, navy blue color, and purple color as the basic color paper. Along with the above mentioned seven pages of the above mentioned basic color papers,
the following shall be formed of total of 25 pages of color paper (12) that comprises color
chart no. 4 (10) except the blue color with six pages of color paper (12), colored with 5%
mix of blue color, six pages of color paper (12), colored with color that is mixed with 10%
of blue color, and seven pages of color paper (12), colored with color that is mixed with
15% of blue color. Then, the above mentioned 19 pages of color paper (12) shall be
inserted between seven pages of color paper (12) that is colored with each spectrum color
in the order of clarity level and brightness level.
As mentioned above, the reason that the mixed color and the proportion of mix needed for
the formation of spring, summer, autumn and winter colors were limited is to control the
clarity level and brightness level in a sequence so that they would fit with the colors of
each season within the scope of each spectrum color that is formed with red color, orange
color, yellow color, green color, blue color, navy blue color and purple color.
The above mentioned color chart no. 1 (10) that forms spring color is a color
where yellow color is mixed into all colors. As such, it conveys the image of primary color,
clarity, warmth and elegance. Moreover, due to the high level of clarity level and
brightness level, it is comprised of colors that manifest vitality, transparency, and clean
image. The above mentioned color chart no. 2 (10) that summer color is a color in which
blue and white are mixed into all colors. Accordingly, it conveys soft and cold image,
and is comprised of pastel tone type of color that conveys romantic and feminine image.
Moreover, the above mentioned color chart no. 3 (10) that manifest autumn color
is the color in which yellow and black are mixed into all colors. It conveys calm, yet slightly cooled down image, and soft, yet intellectual image. The above mentioned color
chart no. 4 (10) that comprises winter color is the color in which blue is mixed into all
color. It conveys strong, yet cooled down image due to high level of clarity. Moreover,
it is comprised of modern, city-like and trendy colors.
As mentioned above, each color chart (10) that includes colors that are divided
into spring, summer, autumn and winter colors along with spectrum color, and pendulum
weight for measurement (20) shall be used to enable seeking color that is deeply
correlated to the energy wave of the subject of measurement by season tlirough the
movement of pendulum weight for measurement (right circulation— ^optimistic, left
circulation→pessimistic) and by leveraging the same method that is explained above.
Accordingly, the subject of measurement's disposition can be better understood from the
main color of the subject of measurement, and from the season that the above mentioned
color belongs to.
Understanding of the subject of measurement's disposition based on the four types

only the most characteristic matters shall be mentioned briefly. A : Classification of Disposition According to Spectrum Color
1. red color type : Individual who is active and who retains aggressive personality.
Individual with strong self-assertion, self-confidence, and progressiveness, yet is self-
centered and dictator-like. Thus, this individual tends to excite easily, and as such fail to
perceive objects in an object manner. Individual who hides fierce emotion and strong
aspiration at the inside.
2. orange color type: Individual with outstanding creativity, strong sense of
independence and with rich array of spontaneous ideas. Sociable and understands others
well while has the tendency to become overly single minded due to strong ego. Finding
execution of long-term plan difficult, and tends to make mistakes often due to the lack of
caution and consideration.
3. yellow color type: Individual with outstanding sense of humor and social skills,
resulting in competence in terms of social relations, work and practical application.
Future oriented, and retains free thinking attitude. However, this individual often
despairs since the goals set are too high. Individual deemed as superficial and light by
others
4. green color type: Individual who is kind and who maintains effective human
relationships. Individual with strong will to make an effort, with considerable patience
and endurance, and who is ethical, polite and with strong sense of responsibility.
However, this individual dislikes excuses, and stopping halfway or retracting. As such,
this individual is sometimes perceived as lacking flexibility.
5. blue color type: Individual with outstanding ability to understand and embrace others. As such, this individual maintains effective human relationships. Does not get
excited easily due to outstanding self-restraint. Approaches objects with objectivity and
neutral position. On the other hand, this individual has difficult in criticizing others due
to ethical and silent personality, and tends to face difficulty in expressing one's emotion.
6. navy blue type : Individual who understands others and acts out of deep
consideration due to detailed, level headed and impeccable personality. Excellent self-
management skills and does not criticize others. However, this individual tends to be
conservative and slightly inflexible and single minded by upholding knowledge and
authority. Hides emotion well and absorbs anger by oneself.
7. purple type : Individual who has outstanding in-born insight, imagination,
sensibility that enables one to introspect in a calm and level headed manner and with
deep calmness. However, this individual can be rather small hearted and introverted.
Extensive imagination and petty thoughts, and lacks decision making and implementation
skills. This individual is non-emotional and often unrealistic.
B : Disposition Type in Accordance to Each Season
1. Spring type : Spring type is an individual who is cheerful, bright and optimistic
as in the case of spring. Individual who enjoy numerous initiatives and who tries to
make others enjoy as well. Solves issues, centered on human beings and matters. When
it comes to interpersonal relations, this individual does not hesitate to accost people due to
outstanding adaptation ability. Likes to express one, and as such enjoys standing up in
front of others. Able to solve problems on the spot by unraveling problems effectively,
but tends to be unable to follow through an initiative to the end due to lost motivation. Makes others in the organization uncomfortable by not adhering to regulations. Tend to
hurt easily due to the sense of superiority that makes this individual to be controlled by

others, this individual tends to uphold others' interest in them, and detailed and
impeccable parts. As for occupation, this individual is suitable for master of ceremony,
lawyer, marketing specialist, journalist, and unique innovator.
2. summer type : summer type is an individual who is impeccable and insightful.
Due to strong endurance level, this individual always realizes what is decided since this
individual is steady in the pursuit of goal. Does not hesitate to help others and to ensure
welfare of others, and is an individual who feels pure joy by helping others. Does not
manifest false show of power, and is characterized by outstanding leadership in bringing
about common benefit amidst a life of adhering to the basic principles. Has realistic vision for the past, present and future, but does not try to express one, and does not stand

confidence. Although might appear rather informal, this individual is calm and dynamic,
and has the ability to pull through anything that this individual deems right until the end.
Rational and logical problem-solving skills. This individual is interested in detailed,
correct and practical aspects. Thus, befriends others well during the process of working
over that of entertainment. This individual is independent and diligently executes
responsibilities and obligations, but does not intake feedback and recommendations of
others well, and is very awkward when it comes to expressing emotion. Fears the
approach and challenge of others who have different vision during the process of pursuing
own ideal, and tends to be fixated on unrealistic ideas. As for occupation, this individual
is suitable in the type of jobs that deal with complex issues and that require insight such as
science and research, engineering, invention, politics and literature. When it pertains to
the field of literature, this individual is more suitable for ideology or philosophy instead of
essays.
As mentioned above, four types of color charts (10) pertaining to spring color, summer color, autumn color and winter color and pendulum weight for measurement (20)

(A) and (B) of Figure 4 shall be sectional views that show color magnetic among color
therapy support devices in accordance to the present invention.
Color therapy support devices in accordance to the present invention shall use color chart
(10) and pendulum weight for measurement (20) to discern color that is appropriate for the
subject of measurement in a detailed manner. The above mentioned color discernment
method is the most effective medium for enhanced health and illness therapy pertaining to
the subject of measurement. When it pertains to discerned type 1 and 2 colors, two
classes of color magnetic, innerwear for color therapy that is applied onto the permanent
magnetic for magneto therapy, and innerwear that shall be worn on the body of the subject of measurement shall be formed.
First of all, the above mentioned innerwear for color therapy among color therapy
support devices in accordance to the present invention shall be comprised of a
configuration that was formed by processing textile that was formed with hereto
mentioned color or formed by dyeing of type 1 or 2 of color that was discerned most
appropriate through the above mentioned color discernment method onto the innerwear
that is worn on the body of the subject of measurement. As depicted on the (A) of Figure
4, the above mentioned color magnetic (40) shall form type 1 or 2 colors that were
deemed most appropriate to the subject of measurement by leveraging the above
mentioned color discernment method onto the surface of the permanent magnetic (41) by
painting into specific thickness. Or as shown on (B) of Figure 4, configurations shall be one formed by attaching coating paper (43) that retains the above mentioned color onto
the surface of the permanent magnetic (41). As depicted, although it is recommended
that painting layer (42) or coating paper (43) are formed through the upper, lower and
surface of the permanent magnetic (41), there is no significant difference in terms of
therapeutic effect even when the painting layer (42) or coating paper (43) are formed on
the north pole part where a line of magnetic force is emitted.
As mentioned above, the reason that the color therapy support devices in
accordance to the present invention is limited to the innerwear for color therapy and color
magnetic (40) is that the proprietary energy of light that the color of the visible rays
spectrum retains is an illumination device that illuminates specific areas of the body.
However, compared to hitherto color therapy support device that required painting
specific color onto the aluminum board etc to attach onto the human body or that required
wearing of clothes with specific color, continuous therapy of the subject of measurement
amidst daily life is made possible. Moreover, color discernment method in accordance
to the present invention shall be considered a given to facilitate the therapy of subject of
measurement. At the same time, this is the support device for optimal therapy that can
multiply the effect of therapy.
The application of innerwear for color therapy among the above mentioned type
of color therapy support devices pertaining to the present invention onto the subject of
measurement divides into two cases - one in which the subject of measurement is not
afflicted with specific illness and the other in which the subject of measurement is
afflicted with specific illness. If and when the subject of measurement is not afflicted
with specific illness, the above mentioned color discernment method shall be leveraged to directly apply the color that was discerned as most appropriate for the subject of
measurement's physical and mental health onto the innerwear to encourage the subject of
measurement to wear it, which translates into continued pursuit of the subject of
measurement's physical and mental health enhancement. If and when the subject of
measurement is afflicted with specific illness, therapy color that is appropriate for the
mentioned illness shall be applied onto the innerwear, however, application shall be based
on detailed discernment of seasonal color that fits the subject of measurement's
disposition among therapy colors. Accordingly, continued therapy of the subject of
measurement's illness and increase therapeutic effect shall be pursued.
Moreover, color magnetic (40) in accordance to the present invention may be
applied even when the subject of measurement is not afflicted with specific illness, however, it is customary to apply when the subject of measurement is afflicted with
specific illness. As in the case of existing magnetic therapy that treats illness by
leveraging the magnetic of permanent magnetic, area affected with illness, area that
corresponds to the five viscera and the six entrails (of gall bladder, stomach, small and
large intestines, the paunch, the bladder and the bowels) that oversees affected parts or all
types of spots on the body suitable for acupuncture positions that are related to the
vitalization of the five viscera and the six entrails or each gnarl of the vertebrae shall be
attached with the color magnetic (40) that includes therapy color that is appropriate for
the treatment of applicable illnesses. Accordingly, along with continuous treatment of the

magneto therapy and color therapy. In order to multiply the effect of illness therapy based

above.
As mentioned above, color therapy support devices in accordance to the present
invention discloses the correlation of each color's proprietary wave and energy wave that
emits from the body of the subject of measurement. Accordingly, color discernment
method in accordance to the present invention that divides the therapy color that shall be
applied to the subject of measurement shall be set as a given, and innerwear that is worn
on the body of the subject of measurement or optimal therapy color pertaining to the
permanent magnetic for magneto therapy that shall be attached onto the body of the
subject of measurement were applied. Compared to the hitherto color therapy method
that applied specific therapeutic effect of a couple of colors onto most people in an
indiscriminate manner, immensely high effect is produced in terms of enhanced health of
the subject of measurement and treatment of illness. Accordingly, there is no need to
accompany color therapy with additional therapy methods such as medicine therapy. Thus,
the subject of measurement can decrease the financial burden of enhancing health and
treating illness. Moreover, therapy is enabled amidst daily life instead of having to visit
specialized therapy center. As such, color therapy with outstanding treatment effect can
be continued in a steady manner.
In fact, as result of conducting clinical experiments of color therapy support devices in accordance to the present invention during a specified period of time by targeting hundreds of subjects, results showed that there is no need to accompany with additional therapy such as medicine therapy in the case of innerwear for color therapy.
Instead, merely applying the innerwear for color therapy onto the body of the subject of measurement can increase therapeutic effect by 20% compared to existing color therapy method. If and when additional therapy such as medicine therapy is conducted along with the innerwear for color therapy, it was proven that is possible to reduce the duration of treatment by over 30%. In the case of color magnetic (20), compared to regular magneto therapy that uses the magnetic of the permanent magnetic, therapeutic effect and the duration of therapy may be increased to over 30% each. In the case of applying seasonal color that fits the subject of measurement's disposition in a detailed manner, it was proven that the therapeutic effect and the duration of therapy may be increased up to 45%.

Claims

CLAIMSWHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
1. Formation of color chart (10) to enable circulation of each color paper (12),
centered on connection pin (12) by inserting tens of color papers (12) that are colored
each with different color for each of the pages that lay between the below mentioned
cover paper (11),
Hanging of lower part of connecting string (23) that passed upper horizontal stand (30a)
of the support (30) by apex (21) and connection part (2) onto the cone-shaped pendulum
weight for measurement (20), placed on center of weight (G) in the shape of pendulum to
maintain it free of swaying,
Lifting up of pendulum weight for measurement (20) by holding upper part of connecting
string (23) to distance color paper (12) placed on the apex (21) and wrist (33) area of
pendulum weight for measurement (20) up to the distance of 1 ~ 2cm at a state when one
color paper (12) selected from the above mentioned color chart (10) shall be placed on the
subject of measurement wrist (33)'s pulse diagnosis area and then,
Measuring of hereby mentioned direction of circulation and radius of circulation and the
question of pendulum weight for measurement (20) 's free circulation due to .the
correlation between human body-specific wave that results from the pericardium Qi pulse
of the wrist (33), and the color-specific wave that results from the color paper (12) while
at the above mentioned state,
color discernment method that uses color chart and pendulum weight that enables discernment of the most appropriate color to the subject of measurement based on the
standard of measured value for each of the color paper (12) after targeting all color papers
(12), input in the color chart (10) to apply the above mentioned measurement method.
2. When it pertains to Claim 1, color chart (10) used in the above mentioned color
discernment method shall set seven pages of color papers, colored with the spectrum
colors of red color, orange color, yellow color, green color, blue color, navy blue color,
and puφle color as the basic color paper,
color chart no. 1 that forms 18 color papers, colored with the color that mixed in the
yellow color in the proportions of 5%, 10% and 15% along with seven pages of the above
mentioned basic color papers except for the yellow color, and that which inserted between
each basic color paper in the order of clarity and brightness levels,
color chart no. 2 that forms 21 color papers, colored with the color that mixed in the
combined color of blue and white in the proportions of 5%, 10% and 15%> at the ratio of
1 : 1 along with seven pages of the above mentioned basic color papers, and that which
inserted between each basic color paper in the order of clarity and brightness levels,
color chart no. 3 that forms 21 color papers, colored with the color that mixed in the
combined color of yellow and black in the proportions of 5%, 10% and 15% at the ratio of
1 :1 along with seven pages of the above mentioned basic color papers, and that which
inserted between each basic color paper in the order of clarity and brightness levels,
color chart no. 4 that forms 18 color papers, colored with the color that mixed in the blue
color in the proportions of 5%, 10% and 15% along with seven pages of the above
mentioned basic color papers except for the blue color, and that which inserted between each basic color paper in the order of clarity and brightness levels,
color discernment method that uses color chart and pendulum weight characterized by the
above mentioned four color charts
3. When it pertains to the color discernment method that uses color chart and
pendulum weight, color therapy support device in accordance to the present invention shall be characterized by choosing between; color innerwear that formed textile that is formed with hereto mentioned color after processing the textile or that forms discerned color into one that is most appropriate for the subject of measurement by dyeing the inner wear that is worn on the body of the subject of the measurement by leveraging the above mentioned color discernment method, or color magnetic (40) that shall form by attaching coating paper (43) that is formed by the above mentioned discerned color into fixed thickness for formation on the surface of surface of the permanent magnetic (41).
