  • the main support's plates and the parts ofthe smaller support are preferably made up of two sheets of metal between which there is a sheet of plastic, which sheet extends between the plates that are hinged to each other and the parts ofthe smaller support and constitutes the flexible hinges. In this way, a strong sandwich construction is obtained in which the metal sheets provide the strength and the sheet of plastic the hinging action.

  • the holder 1 is made up of four plates 3, 5, 7, 9 which are connected to each other by means of flexible hinges 11 as follows: a first plate 3 with a first edge 3a is connected by a hinge to a first edge 5a of a second plate 5. The second plate 5 is connected by a hinge at a second edge 5b to a first edge 7a ofthe third plate 7. A fourth plate 9 with an edge 9a is connected by a hinge to a second edge 3b ofthe first plate 3.
  • the third plate 7 is provided with two projecting tabs 13 at a second edge 7b which are an extension ofthe third plate.
  • the first and the fourth plates 3, 9 are provided with two rows of slots 15 for cooperating with the tabs 13.
  • the second plate 5 is provided with a folding smaller support 17, which has been cut out ofthe plate 5 and is not connected to the plate 5 at three edges 17a, 17b and 17c and is connected by a hinge to the plate at a fourth edge 17d, see figures 1 and 2.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un support (1) constitué de quatre plaques (3, 5, 7, 9) qui sont reliées de manière flexible. La troisième plaque (7) présente deux languettes saillantes (13) qui coopèrent avec des fentes (15) situées dans les première et quatrième plaques (3, 9). Les plaques (3, 5, 7, 9) forment un triangle lorsqu'elles sont pliées, de sorte qu'une structure stable est obtenue. La deuxième plaque (5) présente un support plus petit (17) qui peut être plié. Le support plus petit (17) présente deux parties (21, 23) qui sont reliées entre elles et à la deuxième plaque (5) par des articulations. La deuxième partie (23) du support plus petit (17) présente deux languettes saillantes (25) supplémentaires qui coopèrent avec deux fentes (27). Lorsqu'elles sont pliées, les deux parties (21, 23) du support plus petit (17) et une partie de la deuxième plaque (5) forment également un triangle lorsqu'elles sont vues latéralement. Les joints articulés entre les plaques (3, 5, 7, 9) et les parties (21, 23) du support plus petit (17) sont des articulations flexibles (11). Lesdites articulations sont constituées d'une feuille continue de plastique située entre les feuilles métalliques des plaques et les parties.
