Abstract

L'invention concerne une pompe haute pression améliorée (1) destinée à l'écoulement précis, en grande partie sans pulsation du milieu actif, plus particulièrement une pompe à chromatographie liquide à haute performance (CLHP). Cette pompe comprend une ou plusieurs des mesures suivantes: - un volume mort réduit grâce aux joints (48, 70); - un volume mort réduit grâce au dispositif (15, 16; 32; 36, 38) permettant d'ajuster la longueur du piston de déplacement; - un volume mort ajustable et par là même une capacité d'ajustage de la liberté de pulsation à travers la chambre de déplacement munie d'un piston opposé ajustable (58); et des joints permettant de compenser les tolérances de construction par combinaison d'une surface de scellement arquée et une surface de scellement conique.
