Abstract

Chicken is cutt off from the bones, put in an elastic small net and then vacuum-packed with or without spices. Chicken is put in the pickle, packed in an elastic small net and then smoked or vacuum-packed. The whole chicken or chicken cut in pieces is smoked.

Application area:
This invention refers to a boneless chicken. We prepare it in different ways: fresh, with or without spices, smoked or pickled.
Problem:
Over the years chicken meat has been sold in the market only as a fresh prepared grill chicken or as grilled chicken.
For this reason our chicken meat will be processed or half-processed and thus it will enable gourmands to come into their own.
The Purpose:
This invention aims to improve the assortment of chicken meat products in the market and thus offer consumers better options in the purchase of such goods. This can be , successfully achieved through inovative and alternative kinds of chicken meat processing.

Here is the description of the processing of several chicken meat products: In the figure 1 there is a smoked chicken meat cut in pieces, vacuum-packed.
Fresh chicken meat, previously cut off from the bones, is solted, spiced and then arranged in piles. After it has been in the prickle for a while, it is rolled and packed in an elastic small net.
Thus prepared chicken meat in vacuum packing can be used in various ways ( cooked, baked, roasted, braised ).
In the second case chicken meat can be smoked. Smoked chicken is available in three different sorts: a) smoked chicken meat in an elastic small net b) smoked chicken meat cut in pieces c) smoked chicken meat in an elastic small net, vacuum-paked
Applicability:
The invention enables consumers easier, more economical and faster use of the chicken meat products. Preparing of chicken meat is shortened and its assortment in the market enrichedv

Claims

PATENT REQUESTS
1. Boneless chicken roll is prepared only in the ways described in the foregoing text.
2.- According to the request 1, chicken roll involves cutting off from the bones.
3. Boneless chicken, rolled according to the request 2, is the first stage in the processing.
4. Chicken, rolled according to the request 3, can be safely consumed after being smoked.
5. Chicken, rolled according to the request 4, and pickled is ready for different kinds of processing.
6. Chicken, rolled according to the request 5, and smoked is cut in pieces.
