Abstract

The invention relates to electrochemical analysis methods, in particular to disease diagnosis which is used for analysing a biological object. The aim of said invention is to simplify an analysis and reduce the costs thereof. In order to produce an immunosensor as a transducer, a graphite thick-film electrode characterised by a high absorption capacity, a low cost and ease of production is used. An immunocomplex (antigen-antibody) is formed on said electrode and afterwards incubated in a nonimmune metal-labelled protein solution. A metal oxidation reaction is used as a signal, the concentration of said metal being proportional to the concentration of antibodies in the immunocomplex. The anode voltamperometry with liner potential sweep is used for measuring an analytic signal.
