Abstract

L'invention a trait à des moyens respectueux de l'environnement permettant d'éliminer des composés hydrocarbonés de surfaces. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste à utiliser en cycle fermé une solution aqueuse contenant un agent de lavage technique, ce qui permet de former une émulsion instable avec des composés hydrocarbonés. Le procédé est caractérisé par la séparation gravitationnelle en trois étapes de l'émulsion en une solution destinée à être réutilisée et en composés hydrocarbonés, et par le détachement en deux étapes de particules mécaniques de ladite solution. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend un récipient (1) comportant : un réservoir (2) destiné à la préparation et à la conservation de l'agent de lavage technique ; des réservoirs (3 et 4) destinés à la séparation grossière et fine du mélange de l'agent de lavage technique et des composés hydrocarbonés ; et le matériel de travail nécessaire : pompes, tubes, filtres, etc. Le dispositif permet d'éliminer des composés hydrocarbonés tout en répondant aux exigences en matière d'environnement.
