Abstract

La présente invention concerne des procédés de profilage et/ou d'identification de molécules dans un échantillon, en particulier de molécules chimiques ou biologiques contenues dans un échantillon expérimental, au moyen de données mesurées relatives aux molécules effectivement présentes et d'informations connues concernant des molécules candidates potentiellement présentes. Selon l'invention, ont peut attribuer des étiquettes d'information aux molécules candidates, et ceci avec un degré d'exactitude élevé et un faible taux de faux positifs, en minimisant l'effet d'une ou plusieurs sources d'erreurs possibles. On peut optimiser un but objectif (tâche) par une programmation linéaire ou par une programmation en nombres entiers mixtes.
