Abstract

L'invention concerne des séquences géniques associées au cancer et des séquences d'acides aminés dérivées ainsi que des méthodes permettant de doser des agents antitumoraux potentiels en fonction de la modulation de l'expression desdits gènes associés au cancer. L'invention concerne également des anticorps réagissant avec les polypeptides décrits et des méthodes d'utilisation de ces anticorps afin de traiter des états cancéreux, par utilisation, par exemple, d'anticorps pour cibler des cellules cancéreuses in vivo à des fins de distribution d'agents thérapeutiques. L'invention concerne enfin des méthodes de diagnostic utilisant lesdites séquences géniques.
