Abstract

Es wird eine im Schenkelhals liegende Endoprothese vorgestellt, welche durch die Kombination eines breiten Abstützkragens (2) mit einlaufenden Rippen (1) über eine rotations- und biegestabile proximale Verankerung direkt an der Osteotomieebene verfügt, so dass in dem wichtigen proximalen Bereich direkt an der Osteotomieebene eine maximale Stabilität erreicht wird. Zusätzlich kann über ein von proximal eingebrachtes Verankerungselement fakultativ die Stabilität während der Einheilungsphase durch Verspannen der Endoprothese gegen den Knochen erhöht werden.
