Abstract

An optical filter module (10), comprising an inlet side collimator lens (12), a first optical multi-layer film filter (20), a second optical multi-layer film filter (30), and an outlet side collimator lens (13) which are disposed in a casing (11), wherein an optical fiber for connection (1a) and an optical fiber for signal transmission (1c) are connected to an inlet part (11a) and an outlet part (11b) formed at the front and rear ends of the casing (11).
