Abstract

L'invention concerne un oligonucléotide isolé ou purifié sensiblement constitué de la séquence nucléotidique de Clorf28 et comprenant une mutation; un fragment de l'oligonucléotide; un vecteur comprenant l'oligonucléotide ou un fragment de celui-ci; une cellule comprenant ce vecteur; un polypeptide isolé ou purifié codé par ledit oligonucléotide ou un fragment de celui-ci ; et un procédé de détection de HPT-JT ou d'une prédisposition d'un individu à HPT-JT. Ce procédé consiste à détecter au moins une mutation dans un acide nucléique comprenant la séquence nucléotidique de C1orf28 ou un protéine C1orf28 mutante. Un anticorps se liant à une protéine C1orf28 mutante est également décrit.
