Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés et des systèmes de surveillance des arbres d'entraînement (28) rotatifs et des accouplements (30) dans un système de propulsion d'un aéronef. Ledit système et procédé de mesure permet une surveillance appropriée et précise d'un accouplement (30) flexible d'arbre d'entraînement dans un système de propulsion d'un aéronef à voilure fixe. Ledit système et procédé de mesure est conçu pour un aéronef à voilure fixe à atterrissage vertical, à décollage court et à fiabilité élevée, dans lequel les accouplements (30) et les système d'arbre d'entraînement rotatifs de manière dynamique et à propulsion verticale sont surveillés en temps réel. Le système mesurant le désalignement de l'accouplement de l'arbre est doté de nombreux capteurs (40) de position pour déterminer de manière précise et très fiable les caractéristiques dynamiques des composants (36) cibles des capteurs rotatifs de l'arbre d'entraînement du système de propulsion. La position relative des capteurs (40) est fixée de manière rigide à l'extérieur des cibles rotatives (36) à l'aide d'un cadre structurel. Le système de mesure de désalignement de la bague de l'invention permet de mesurer le désalignement de l'accouplement (30) flexible de l'arbre d'entraînement du système de propulsion qui se rapporte à des performances critiques de l'accouplement (30) de l'arbre rotatif lors du fonctionnement d'un aéronef. Ledit système et procédé est destiné à surveiller le système de l'arbre d'entraînement rotatif et à mesurer de manière dynamique un accouplement (30) de l'arbre d'entraînement rotatif dans un système de propulsion d'un aéronef à voilure fixe.
